This is more a question for the library/archive thread, not the request one.

Never the less, most state or university digitalized most of their archives by now, I think you can browse most of it with some kind of library account from all over the world.

That said, most of the historical "more controverse" stuff is not easily available. But archive.org, z-library and the libgens are generally a good start and get you more than you might think. It is also surprising, how helpful an easy Yandex search can be.
