Long story short: the patent is for a SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM using substances in the jabs to transmit info via your cell phone to some central authority that will determine whether you need a BOOSTER JAB (whether you have "PRIORITY"). '
ABSOLUTE PROOF that these jabs have NOTHING to do with health. They are simply ways to implant tracking devices that will control behavior by determining access to resources.
