Aussies here quite a bit-usually Nellis or West Coast base(s).
Aussies sent the Wedgetail ACs (newer AWACS types) to Nellis in 2019/20 for training and not unusual to see some MRTT (Multi-Role Tanker Transport) A330s here as well. In fact, PM Morrison uses one of those as the official AC for foreign visits.
Thee was also a Bolivian AC (G5) that was off DC for short times over last few days while they are 'negotiating' with the IMF-prolly needed some meeting time.
Germans out of Eglin is really the only notabruh portion of this. See A400Ms/occasional G5 or GLEX ACs and also A340 here and in northeastern canada periodically too. They like to overfly Toronto Int'l-likely pilot training on that.
We habs agreements with many of the major militaries of the world to train/operate together so it is not unique to see many foreign ACs over the U.S. and making stops across the the country. Seen them at regular airports and military bases.
Figuring out exactly wut they are doing is unique and rarely can you get a 100% complete answer with the utility ACs.
It is mostly NATO-based shit imo.
Sometimes I can track down a news item or if the AC is recognizable it's easy to ascertain.
For the most part I have no idea wut they are doing when the moar utilitarian ACs are use such as A400s or C-130s- smaller ones like G5 or Falcon 7X/900 are usually foreign VIPS.
The Saudis like to come here for medical treatment-Boston, Houston and Mayo Clinic in MN (Rochester) but I have not seen one for a bit of time.

In recent weeks we have had our share of humorous hot takes on the current state of Turkey's currency, which thanks to the "sage" economic despotism of the country's authoritarian ruler has been in freefall for much of the past decade. Well, this morning the most profitable FX short this year of all expanded major FX pairs. continued to be the gift that keeps on giving, and collapsed as much as 4% in minutes, in an episode right out of hyperinflationary Argentina or Venezuela.
While there was no immediate catalyst for today's drop - the lira only dropped below below 10 vs the dollar for the first time ever last Friday - traders are dreading this Thursday's central bank meeting at which policymakers are expected to cut interest rates further even as Turkish inflation tops 20%.
Citing two local traders, Bloomberg said that the recent move of the lira "is the result of a surge in local demand for the dollar" which, of course, is obvious... even more so since it is extremely difficult if not impossible to buy bitcoin or other cryptos as a hyperinflation/currency collapse hedge.
The central bank is expected to cut its benchmark one-week repo rate by a further 100 basis points this week to 15%, according to a Bloomberg survey of 21 participants. Meanwhile, inflation is at or above 20%.
And while conventional economists claim there is no way that Turkey can be the next locus of hyperinflation, all we can say there is give Erdoganomics another five years (because Erdo isn't going anywhere) and check back then.

Fed Orders China’s ICBC to Fix Risk-Management Deficiencies
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China must fix risk-management deficiencies at its New York branch that were identified by the Federal Reserve, according to a Tuesday statement.
The world’s biggest bank by assets agreed to the U.S. central bank’s demands and will submit written plans to the Fed, according to an agreement between the lender and the regulator. The problems were revealed during recent examinations conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the Chinese bank’s U.S. operations. The sanctions don’t trigger a fine.
The Beijing-based lender went through a similar process in 2018 when the Fed demanded it address problems with its anti-money-laundering programs.
