Call Your Lawyers: Fake News Media in Collective Panic after Rittenhouse Verdict Is Announced
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/11/call-lawyers-fake-news-media-collective-panic-rittenhouse-verdict-announced/
A Wisconsin jury found 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse NOT GUILTY of all charges this afternoon in Kenosha.
This will come as a complete shock to any remaining Americans who trust the fake mainstream news as their source of information.
The liberal fake news media convicted Kyle Rittenhouse in the court of (their) public opinion last year. To the fake news and Joe Biden, Rittenhouse was a white supremacist and mass murderer who went to Kenosha with the intent to kill peaceful protesters.
Watch Joy Reid from MSNBC describe Kyle Rittenhouse.
[Joy Reid video]
This was a lie. It was always a lie. And today justice was served.
And now the fake news is in a collective panic.
They lied about Kyle Rittenhouse for a year. As the crazed Rev. Wright once said, âThe chickens are coming home to roost.â

Rittenhouse, Sandmann Agree To Share Joint Custody Of CNN
https://babylonbee.com/news/rittenhouse-sandmann-agree-to-share-joint-custody-of-cnn/
ATLANTA, GAâWith Rittenhouse found "not guilty", media outlets across the country are preparing for costly defamation lawsuits after a year of calling him a white supremacist.
With CNN already half-owned by Nick Sandmann, the famous fake news organization will soon be giving the other half of its ownership over to Kyle Rittenhouse. The two have agreed to share joint custody.
"We would like to announce that our clients have come to an agreement to share custody of CNN," said Sandman and Rittenhouse's legal teams. "Sandmann will have custody on weekdays, with custody transferring over to Rittenhouse on holidays and weekends."
After the announcement, Rittenhouse began weeping upon realizing he was now a multimillionaire, while Sandmann smirked like a big MAGA hat-wearing jerkface.
Neither party has decided what to do with Brian Stelter, who may have to be put up for adoption.

Lars: Whatâs in the 5 trillion Build Back Better Act
https://oregoncatalyst.com/56204-lars-5-trillion-build-act.html
The House passed the obscenely expensive âbuild back betterâ act.
We can only hope it runs into a roadblock in the 50/50 Senate.
Officially it costs 2 trillion or about 6 thousand for each man, woman, and child in America. But the math gets more complicated.
Congress used accounting gimmicks to get to 2 trillionâŚlike programs that last ten years, but funding for only a couple. The real cost, more like 5 trillion.
Joe Biden promised it would cut the deficit by 100 billion.
Pelosi wanted the vote before the Congressional Budget Office came this week and announced it will bust the budget with 160-billion in NEW red ink.
Bidenâs lies were only off by a quarter trillion.
So whatâs in it?
Expanded welfare. Government takeover of child care, including daycare workers paid the same as local teachersâŚso parents, brace your budget.
11 million illegal aliens get ten years of amnesty.
And yes, there are jobs building heavily subsidized electric carsâŚbut only for union membersâŚthatâs 6% of American workers.
All are equal under build back betterâŚsome are just MORE equal than others.
Ghislaine Tries to Get Her Hands on Epstein Victim Settlement Files
https://news.yahoo.com/ghislaine-tries-her-hands-epstein-203909590.html
Less than two weeks before her trial, Ghislaine Maxwell is fighting for documents from the settlement fund for victims of sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Itâs unclear which specific records the British socialite and accused procurer of underage girls is seeking, but Jordana Feldman, the administrator of the Epstein Victimsâ Compensation Program, opposes her request.
On Friday, Feldmanâs lawyer filed a letter in Manhattan federal court stating she âintends to move to quash defendant Maxwellâs subpoena directed to her.â A representative for Feldman declined to comment, and her attorney didnât return messages.
The legal scuffle comes as Maxwell battles for certain evidenceâincluding Epsteinâs address book of high-flying contacts and a box containing a sex toyâto be barred from her six-week trial, which is scheduled to begin on Nov. 29.
The victimsâ fund, which closed in August, functioned as an independent and voluntary alternative to litigation and resulted in nearly $125 million paid out to more than 135 victims of Epstein. As part of the program, applicants provided documentation and were interviewed by Feldman and other administrators. If they received and accepted a settlement offer, the women were required to waive the right to sue Epsteinâs estate and ârelated entities and/or individuals,â including Maxwell.
Earlier this year, Maxwellâs legal team attempted to subpoena Boies Schiller Flexner, a law firm that represents multiple victims of Epstein, to obtain its submissions to the claims program on behalf of accusers. (Among other items, the defense also sought cowboy boots Epstein gifted to Annie Farmer, who is Minor Victim 2 in Maxwellâs indictment, as well as Farmerâs teenage diary.)
In recent court filings, Maxwellâs attorneys again referred to the compensation program when impugning future testimony from Minor Victim 4. They asked Judge Alison Nathan to prohibit evidence on the victimâs identification of Maxwell in a photo array in June 2021.
âIt was not until 2020, after making a multi-million dollar claim to the Epstein Victim Compensation fund, that [federal prosecutors] interviewed and then in 2021 showed her photosâthe majority of which were men or women much younger than Ms. Maxwell,â Maxwellâs lawyers argued last month.
âOf course, no one thought to ask if her lawyers had shown her photos of Ms. Maxwell as part of her multi-million-dollar request or if she had seen any of the many photographs displayed on the internet of Ms. Maxwell,â they added.
Last December, Maxwellâs camp lashed out at Farmer and asked a judge not to dismiss her civil suit against Maxwell and Epsteinâs estate until she disclosed her settlement offer from the Epstein Victimsâ Compensation Program.
âThe amount of money [Farmer] obtains from the Epstein program is very much a matter of public interest and will go to the very core of [her] credibility during the upcoming criminal trial,â Maxwellâs lawyer, Laura Menninger, wrote.
âThe fact that [Farmer] seeks, money from the Estate and from Ms. Maxwell, in the millions of dollars, at the same time she is a government witness in an upcoming criminal trial on the same topic is reason enough to suspect that her newly asserted memories of abuseâwithout corroborationâare not based on the truth or a desire for âjusticeâ so much as her desire for cash,â Menninger added. âTo be clear, Ms. Maxwell adamantly denies [Farmerâs] allegations.â
Sigrid McCawley, Farmerâs attorney, replied that instead of âamicablyâ resolving the case, Maxwell âsubmitted a vicious, victim-blaming letter attackingâ the accuser.
âMaxwell is not the one compensating Ms. Farmer, and she should have no opinion on why Ms. Farmer is being compensated by the Estate,â McCawley wrote in a letter. âIn fact, Maxwell should be quite pleased that she is escaping civil liability in this case without having to pay a dimeâŚâ
SEX TRIAL OF THE CENTURY BEGINS: EPSTEIN MADAM GHISLAINE MAXWELL FACES JUSTICE

Ghislaine Maxwellâs trial â what will be the ramifications?
https://www.london-globe.com/world-news/2021/11/19/ghislaine-maxwells-trial-what-will-be-the-ramifications/
Having spent his entire career in the world of international finance, Epstein rubbed shoulders with wealthy business leaders, politicians, and royals from across the globe. Jes Staley, Leon Black and Prince Andrew were the first of the high profile alleged Epstein associates to fall. All three have suffered in the court of public opinion, with both Staley and Black losing high-profile and well-remunerated roles as a direct consequence. But there will be more.
When Maxwellâs trial starts and the public learns more about the extent to which Epstein corrupted those around him, we can only hope this prompts a rethink of business ethics. Politicians and Kings are answerable to their electorate and citizens, but business leaders are answerable to their boards and shareholders.
As we have seen with regards to climate change, shareholders are increasingly demanding more. In the past few years, such demands have changed from hollow words into tangible action. In 2018 over $81.7 trillion in assets under management was held by firms who had signed the UN-backed Principles for Responsible investment, committing themselves to incorporate ESG into their investment decisions. Is it time we adopted a similar approach to business ethics? Will Ghislaine Maxwellâs trial be the straw that breaks the camelâs back?
Such an approach would impact few regions harder than the Middle East, especially in countries like Lebanon with weak institutions and an elite used to getting their own way with little if any oversight or regulations. Thanks in no small part to the Drudge Report, who published Epsteinâs black book back in 2015, we know about his supposed links to Syrian-Saudi financier Wafic Said, British-Lebanese CEO Amado Fakhre and Saudi businessman Amr al-Dabbagh to name a few.
So far, appearing in Epsteinâs black book alone has not been enough to trouble such individuals, but worse could follow. What would happen, for example, were George Nader, the ex-Trump advisor and convicted paedophile, to be dragged into this case? His links run even deeper across the Middle East and could expose those already disgraced by their links to him, such as the Kuwaiti Business tycoon Qutaiba Al-Ghanim.
Allegedly, Qutaiba Al-Ghanim has had to flee Kuwait over numerous corruption charges, yet he enjoys he currently enjoys life in Europe hosting the worldâs business elite onboard his yacht Qutayba Al Ghanim. Being linked â no matter how loosely â to Epstein via someone like George Nader could make his life impossible.
When Ghislaine Maxwell takes the stand and exposes the true extent of Epsteinâs corrupting influence there will be calls for greater scrutiny. Scrutiny of politicians and, more importantly, scrutiny of captains of industry. Given the interconnected nature of the modern global economy, such scrutiny will have to be global, and where regions push back, this will inevitably hit their bottom line. Such action may seem like a pipe dream, but as weâve seen in the climate debate, shareholder activism can and does work. Once shareholders wake up to the potential threats that their CEOs and boards might expose their capital to, they will demand action and accountability.
In the coming months, heads will inevitably role as more is known of Epsteinâs web of intrigue. If any good will come from this sordid affair, it might just wake people up as to the importance of holding business leaders to higher standards. If only because consumers have shown in the climate debate that they will support environmentally conscious companies. I have no doubt that in the years ahead, they will also show support for ethical companies as ethics cultivates trust, and trust leads to sales which in turn, leads to profit.
âEverybodyâs Absolutely Horrifiedâ: High Society Is Bracing Itself for Ghislaine Maxwellâs Trial
https://latimesnow.com/2021/11/19/everybodys-absolutely-horrified-high-society-is-bracing-itself-for-ghislaine-maxwells-trial/
When she walked into court on Monday morning for the penultimate pre-trial conference before she faces what will amount to the fight of her life, Ghislaine Maxwell looked just like she did 10 years ago. In fact, she looked better.
Thick black glossy hair. A black turtleneck sweater. Grey slacks. A bottle of Poland Spring in her hand. No cuffs anywhere. A smile, even, as she talked and shared a laugh with her lawyers, who were clearly fond of her. One brushed back her hair, another rubbed her back and shoulder, a gesture of sympathy.
It was a moment that caught me off guard and took me back in time. It reminded me of precisely why Maxwell had once had so many friends. Her vast number of acquaintances may not have all been people she was close with, because her lifestyle was so peripatetic â she was always traveling somewhere or other. Nonetheless, she drew people to her because she was funny, she was witty, she was extraordinarily charming⌠and, as I was reminded in that courtroom, also supremely confident.
Ghislaine Maxwell, as just about everyone knows, currently stands charged of helping the late sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein traffic and sexually abuse four women, three of whom were underage, as well as lying in a civil suit. (One of the more chilling sentences in the indictment reads: âMaxwellâs presence during minor victimsâ interactions with Epstein, including interactions where the minor victim was undressed or that involved sex acts with Epstein, helped put the victims at ease because an adult woman was present.â) Opening arguments are scheduled for Nov. 29. She has denied all charges.
Given the horrific nature of the allegations, itâs not surprising that on Monday â unlike 10 years ago, when she was hosting dinners at her New York townhouse, proselytizing about her efforts to preserve the oceans through her philanthropy â I didnât see a single âfriendâ of hers in court. (The only supporter I saw in attendance was her sister, Isabel.)
I knew Maxwell slightly because I am part of the ex-pat British community in New York, so I ran into her from time to time over the years. And I know a good number of her friends. Or former friends, I should say. So, what are they saying amongst each other as she heads to trial?
In the past year, I noticed something as I was reporting Chasing Ghislaine, an ID special (which premieres Nov. 22 on discovery+) and an Audible podcast of the same name: Hardly any of the people who went to drinks at her house or to dinners for Prince Andrew â many of them members of the British upper classes or American plutocracy â wanted to talk about Maxwell on the record. Many of them professed that they were horrified, disgusted at the allegations she is charged with.
One person who went to dinners that included Maxwell, Epstein, and Prince Andrew told me: âI canât remember the last time I heard anybody say, âPoor Ghislaine, she should be allowed to say her story.â I think everybodyâs absolutely horrified, everybodyâs embarrassed that somebody in our broader circle of us could have been behaving in such a terrible way.â
But, as I reached out again in the past week to her former friends, there were those â probably more than you think â who still wonder if she is really the monster sheâs been pictured as in the media. Some wonder if she may yet prevail before a jury.
Reading this, you may be shocked. I know I was.
But, as I dug further, I began to see the complexity at play: There is questioning, voiced privately among a few people who used to have dinner with her, whether the government can prove its case. Partly thatâs because the allegations are from so long ago, the early 1990s to the mid-2000s, but itâs also because these people still cannot see the Hyde in the Jekyll-and-Hyde that Maxwell allegedly is â or was. Jekyll, it turns out, was very dazzling.
People who heard rumors back in the early 1990s about Maxwell âfinding girls for Epsteinâ say that they just do not believe that the Maxwell they knew, who liked designer clothes and expensive restaurants, would have been skulking around school-gates, as has been described in the civil litigation. They just canât imagine the visual. (That charge is not actually in the government indictment, but one imagines it could come up in court.) âI donât believe, and nobody thatâs ever met her believes that she sat in a car recruiting school-age girls. No. Nobody believes that,â one person said to me.

Sickening Evidence In Ghislaine Maxwell Trial Shows She âSet Up VIP Elitesâ With Kids To Rape
https://conservativemodern.com/sickening-evidence-in-ghislaine-maxwell-trial-shows-she-set-up-vip-elites-with-kids-to-rape/
Prosecutors in the child sex trafficking case against Ghislaine Maxwell say the defendant âset up VIP elitesâ with children to rape, court documents show.
According to the court filing, emails that show Maxwell made arrangements to set up powerful elites, including politicians and world leaders, with underage sex trafficking victims âthey would like.â
Prosecutors have urged the judge to allow the identifies of the elite pedophiles to be revealed during the trial.
The lead attorney states in the court filing that Maxwellâs email messages expose her as âusing her ability to provide accessâ to Epsteinâs child rape victims âas a form of social currency.â
Dailymail.co.uk reports: It claims: âThese exhibits show (1) the defendantâs willingness to facilitate encounters between powerful men and women they would like, and (2) the defendantâs understanding that providing such access is a way to ingratiate herself with powerful men.
âAt trial, it may not be obvious to a jury that an adult woman would be willing to provide Jeffrey Epstein with access to young girls.
âThese emails make clear that the defendant was willing to serve in such a role, and that she was eager to please wealthy and influential men by providing them with access to women.â
Maxwellâs lawyers said that if she was trying to âingratiate herself with a friend, so what?â
Their response document states: âIf her motive is to permit adult women to date her single friends, then it is not to pick up schoolgirls off the street to give âsexual massagesâ to Jeffrey Epstein.
âAnd if she already had access to other powerful and influential men who were in her life, she would not need her friendship or access to Jeffrey Epstein.â
The matter of the emails is set to be debated today at the final hearing before Maxwellâs trial.
The public phase of jury selection, known as voir dire, is set to begin in the Manhattan court room tomorrow.
Opening statements are due on November 29.
Maxwell faces six counts, including enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children and perjury.
The daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell denies all of the counts, which carry jail sentences of up to 80 years.
She is being held in a 6ft by 9ft cell at Brooklynâs bleak Metropolitan Detention Centre and has set aside ÂŁ5.2million to pay for her defense.

Bubba Wallace Gets Badly Ratioed On Cryptic, Vulgar Tweet Claiming The âBoyâ Got Off Because He Wasnât Black
https://mediarightnews.com/bubba-wallace-gets-badly-ratioed-on-cryptic-vulgar-tweet-claiming-the-boy-got-off-because-he-wasnt-black/
Black NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace, who once claimed that a garage pulley was a noose, played the race card today after Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty in his murder trial.
In a cryptic, vulgar tweet, Wallace got badly ratioed as he claimed, âHa, let the boy be black and it wouldâve been lifeâŚhell he wouldâve had his life taken before the bullsh*t trial.. sad.â
Condemnation of the tweet was swift as many disagreed with the assessment from the driver.
One Twitter user told Wallace in response, âIf a white nascar driver makes a controversial tweet like this heâd have to do sensitivity training and lose his ride.â
It was reported at the beginning of the month that white NASCAR driver Kyle Busch will be required to attend sensitivity training before the start of the 2022 season following so-called offensive comments made after a Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway.
Busch, who is a two-time series champion (unlike Wallace who has won one race in his six-year career) used a term that NASCAR deemed âdisparages those with intellectual disabilitiesâ when describing an on-track incident with his fellow driver Brad Keselowski.
