In case somebody not banned wants to piss in the protocol cornflakes:

Protocols debunk

The Timeline

The Protocols were written at the start of antisemitism in Russia, with thousands of Jews fleeing the country and the start of the pogroms, Jewish concentration camps. Setting the scene for antisemitism was Frederick Millingen’s The Conquest of the World by Jews and Hippolytus Lutostansky’s Jews and the Talmud. Both works claimed that the Jews wanted to divide Russia up for themselves. Jews were also blamed for the loss of the Russo-Japanese war and the revolution of 1905.

A member of the Czarist secret police, Professor Serge A Milus, is reported to have edited and initially published the protocols. The Protocols first appeared in a Russian newspaper, Znamya, in 1903. It was published originally in 1905 in a book titled The Great in the Small: The Coming of the Anti-Christ and the Rule of Satan on Earth. This was written by Serge A Nilus. Most agree that the protocols were fabricated sometime between 1897 and 1899 under Pyotr Rachovsky, head of the Russian secret police.

It is generally accepted the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion was a forgery. In 1921 the London Times produced conclusive proof that the Protocols were a forgery, describing the Protocols as a “clumsy forgery”. Most of the passages of the Protocols have been taken from a French political satire that never mentioned Jews – Maurice Joly’s Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu (1864). The phrasing between the two texts is almost identical.

The protocols would come to play a significant part in the Jewish Holocaust. They had a serious influence on Adolf Hitler who mentioned them frequently in Mein Kampf. The Nazi party published 23 editions of the Protocols before the start of World War II.

In 1935 a Swiss court declared the Protocols as “ridiculous nonsense” and “obvious forgeries”. The US Senate issued a report in 1964 that the Protocols were fabricated. However even while the Protocols were ridiculed by many, it also had quite a following. In 1974 it was published in India under the title International Conspiracy Against Indians. In 2004 the Protocols were published in Japan. In 2005 an edition of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, authorized by the Syrian Ministry of Information, claims that the Elders of Zion coordinated September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States.

It is worth noting that the Bible is only mentioned once in the Protocols and that the Old Testament is quoted in Latin. The Protocols also claim that the Jewish elites had a hand in the French revolutions. However, this is cited as evidence largely discrediting the work of the protocols. At the time of the French revolution, there were only a handful of Jews who were, by and large, the subjects of antisemitism. However, this can also be construed in the opposite light, that there was antisemitic behavior followed by unrest and upheaval, meaning that the antisemitism was proven correct.

Despite the declaration that the Protocols are a forgery, there are still many followers, described as Neo-Nazi, White Supremacists and Holocaust deniers. Books based on the Holocaust are disseminated worldwide and has a surprising following in Japan, where there are little Jews. The Arab and Islamic world actively teach the protocols to children. It is often used to justify terrorism against Israeli citizens. There is no denying that it is a forgery, however a very accurate one.

The Case for the Protocols of the Elders of Zion

“The only statement I care to make about the PROTOCOLS is that they fit in with what is going on. They are sixteen years old, and they have fitted the world situation up to this time.” – Henry Ford 1921 in an interview with the Washington Post.

Ford funded the printing of over half a million copies, and the Nazi’s used the protocols to stir up antisemitism.

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein and Representative Mike Thompson Join 39 Members of Congress Calling on Conference of Mayors to Ban Ghost Guns

Friday, 21 January 2022 05:59

January 21, 2022 - Washington - Senator Dianne Feinstein and Representative Mike Thompson (both D-Calif.) and 39 of their colleagues have called on the Dianne FeinsteinUnited States Conference of Mayors to encourage all of its members to ban untraceable firearms known as ghost guns.

“We believe shutting off the supply of ghost guns is essential, but we also need a strong local response to address the existing supply of ghost guns,” the members wrote.

“Cities across the country have begun to pass ordinances that prohibit the possession, purchase, sale, receipt, and transportation of ghost guns in order to give local law enforcement the tools they need to keep our communities safe. We respectfully request that USCM consider encouraging all of its members to pass the strongest local ordinances possible to address the problem of ghost guns already in circulation as we work to save lives and prevent gun violence.”

Dianne Feinstein makes claim about Biden administration, gets called out by Amy Klobuchar

Eric Ting Jan 21, 2022

California Sen. Dianne Feinstein got into a tense exchange with Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar during a Thursday Senate Judiciary Committee hearing over bipartisan antitrust legislation.

The legislation in question was introduced by Klobuchar and Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and bars large tech companies such as Apple, Google and Meta from favoring their products and services over competitors while also giving more power to antitrust enforcers. It has support from senators across the ideological spectrum, including Cory Booker, Mark Warner, Lindsey Graham and Josh Hawley.

It advanced out of the judiciary committee by a 16-6 vote, and while Feinstein — who received $23,335 from Facebook and $22,920 from Amazon during her 2018 re-election bid — eventually voted for it, she appeared reluctant at times.

The legislation “is specifically designed to target a small number of specific companies, most of which are headquartered in my home state,” Feinstein said, according to the Wall Street Journal. “It’s difficult to see the justification for a bill that regulates the behavior of only a handful of companies while allowing everyone else to continue engaging in that exact same behavior.”

At another point in the hearing, Feinstein said she had heard that members of the Biden administration did not support the legislation, which sparked the run-in with Klobuchar.

“Are you implying, Sen. Feinstein, that the U.S. government — that the administration — is against this bill?” Klobuchar asked.

“I would like to know if you have some knowledge that I do not know that the administration is against this since they have made antitrust enforcement — as has the Justice Department — a major priority,” Klobuchar added.

“No, I do not know,” Feinstein said. “What I said is, I am told, that federal agencies have concerns about these provisions.”

“Well, that is a pretty bold statement,” Klobuchar replied.

“I have been told that,” Feinstein reiterated after some back and forth between the senators.

“By who?” Klobuchar inquired.

After Feinstein was unable to answer and said to Klobuchar, “You may not like it,” the Minnesota senator replied with, “Well, no, I don’t like it at all because I think that it’s not true.”

The Biden administration has yet to take a public stance on the legislation, which also reportedly drew some criticism from Sen. Alex Padilla, California’s junior senator. Like Feinstein, Padilla’s concerns were related to whether California-based firms were being unfairly targeted, but he ultimately voted to advance the legislation.

Working Group to Tackle Supply Chain Issues Facing U.S. Dairy Exports

Mike Schuler January 25, 2022

The Port of Los Angeles, French shipping group CMA CGM, and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) have announced the formation of a working group aimed at identifying and addressing supply chain issues hampering U.S. dairy product exports.

The Dairy Exports Working Group will focus on seaports on the West Coast of the United States, where a majority of dairy products are exported from, as well as opportunities to streamline the movement of products from the interior of the United States to the West Coast.

The announcement was made Monday at Dairy Forum 2022, an annual conference organized by IDFA in Palm Desert, California, by Gene Seroka, Executive Director of the Port of Los Angeles, and Michael Dykes, D.V.M., President and CEO of IDFA.

The working group will seek to examine ocean shipping and rail challenges and solutions to help aggregate and streamline U.S. dairy exports, increase rail availability for non-coastal exporters, and explore the implementation of a “fast lane” concept for vessels agreeing to depart full or with fewer empty cargo containers. The group will also define agreed terms for exporters using empty containers currently languishing at U.S. ports and establishing guarantees to fix and surpass ghost bookings.

“U.S. dairy exports reached a near-record $6.4 billion in 2020 and continued to set a blazing pace in 2021 due to surging global demand, but the U.S. dairy industry could be exporting much more to destinations around the world if there was more reliability and predictability in the supply chain,” said Michael Dykes, President and CEO of IDFA. “Our IDFA members are pleased to collaborate with the Port of Los Angeles and the CMA CGM Group in this Dairy Exports Working Group on potential market-based solutions to clearing bottlenecks at our West Coast ports and land and rail systems. This type of collaboration is essential to avoid significant future disruptions to the U.S. dairy supply chain that will result if exports continue to languish.”

Monday’s announcement comes after weeks of talks between IDFA, member company leadership, and selected ports and ocean carriers in an attempt to develop market-led solutions to the supply chain challenges facing U.S. dairy exports, which have been “severely strained” for months, costing U.S. dairy companies millions of dollars and damaging their credibility and reputation with global buyers.

“American dairy exporters have been hard hit by supply chain challenges and trade policy that have made it difficult to get their goods to global markets,” said Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka. “I’m pleased to collaborate with our dairy industry partners and the CMA CGM Group to launch this working group and find solutions that will benefit not only the dairy industry but all American exporters. We look forward to others joining this important initiative.”

The IDFA has also been advocating heavily with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the White House, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and other agencies to raise awareness and ensure protection of America’s dairy industry.
