One of the major bones of contention between us in the past was this problem of policing the bakers.
you objected to allowing the bakers to have white listed trips, so the use of a pastebin ID has been successful in the past and I see no reason it couldn't be in the future IF it is adopted and the anons are aware enough to differentiate between bakers
get an anonymous proton e-mail account
use it to confirm the pastebin account
each dough you create is ID'd
if a rogue baker bakes, anons can shun it and BO / BV will eventually delete it if a real bread is available and being used by the anons
this allows anyone to bake, but it also allows anons to choose bakers that the know will deliver tasty breads

bakers can do it before handing off just as easy, they just won't have the ability to enforce it by locking / deleting a errant bread
all in all the pastebin ID is workable and takes the load off of the BO
