Usually caused by dumping chemicals that alter ph etc. no telling. Generally the gulf has been having trouble with it in recent years more than usual. The tunnels run under the road (100% certain. Behind both large buildings near helipad and likely from helipad building.) They could survive there with huge generators, fuel, et al for quite some time.

All of this is running along a sizable service corridor under the roads in this area. The direction of the lines, qty, et al. Is indicative of this. This building is where all the other aspects connect and this is the service building. Probably has storage, coolers etc. also and elevator. The bump up on the roof is to support this.

But I think the lines dump there with nitrogen and sewage (their ponds handle some but I think the underground complex dumps there. I expect it would help it bloom . But marine biology etc isnโ€™t my thing. So Iโ€™m not sure

Ty anon. They lined up with the compas on the island like a billboard pointing to the temple. But also makes the service building stand out. Iโ€™m doubtful buildings outside of this are connected except the tunnel entrance down the hill from the temple
