The reason people don't make gifs that change the frame so rapidly is because the human perceptual system finds such rapid flashing gifs painful. Those who find them painful will look at your first frame and avoid clicking to see anything beyond.
Now that you know this, if you goal is to convey information you will slow the gifs down. If your goal is to inflict pain, then you will continue doing the same.
Just wanted to let you know.
Saying, download a paste the gif into some art program, then edit the gif to display the sequential frames slowly, is not an acceptable response, since doing this will require many additional steps, taking time and interrupting one's train of thought, hence detracting from anons' perusal of bread datae.
