Nothing of significance noticed. Actually his office expenditures look to be quite low compared to some others. I did a quick search on Leidos Diginal Solutions Inc. which I found under "Other Services" expenditures column for Cummings, just looking for clues. Pretty crazy what I found:

Yes sir, keep digging! Not notable, we good. I have found quite a bit of research on Leidos, which is where this research started. I was looking at Cummings House expense report from 1/2019 to 3/2019 and saw he paid Leidos Digital Solutions and started digging. That post is already in notables above. Then magically I went down JE rabbit hole, as I found he was mentioned in QR research a few weeks ago, as sharing the same SAIC HQ address in a SEC filing. Leidos was formerly SAIC. Rep. Elijah Cummings, ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, said Sunday that caravan migrants seeking asylum should be able to enter the country immediately, challenging President Trump’s efforts to keep them in Mexico while their cases are processed.
“That’s not the law. They should be allowed to come in, seek asylum. That’s the law,” Mr. Cummings said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
Asked if he would support changing the law, the Maryland Democrat said, “No.”
Mr. Trump is seeking a deal with Mexico in which the thousands of asylum-seeking migrants massing on the southern border would remain there until their applications are approved, insisting he will close the border if necessary.
Mr. Cummings said he disagreed with the effort.
“I think we have a system that has worked for a long time,” the Maryland Democrat said. “This president’s come in, wants to change it. That’s up to him. But now the Congress has got to stand up, and hopefully they will.”

Comey Accuses Rudy Giuliani of Leaking in Closed Door Testimony

During his recent closed-door testimony with House Republicans, disgraced former FBI Director James Comey said that Rudy Guiliani leaked sensitive information about the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Comey’s Friday closed-door testimony didn’t answer many questions, as the man appeared to have selective amnesia while he was being questioned under oath. As we reported earlier today, Comey said the words “I don’t recall,” “I don’t remember,” or “I don’t know,” 245 times during questioning.
While we didn’t learn much from Comey, we did allegedly learn the identity of one pro-Trump leaker; Rudy Giuliani. According to Newsweek:
“Comey said that Rudy Giuliani may have leaked sensitive information from inside the bureau’s New York office during the closing days of the 2016 presidential election. Comey told Congress that he ordered agents to investigate possible leaks based on Giuliani’s public statements, which appeared to draw on inside knowledge of the FBI’s investigation into alleged misuse of classified information by then-candidate Hillary Clinton.”
One event in particular Comey cited was an October 2nd, 2016 interview Giuliani had on Fox News, in which he teased a “couple of surprises left” right before the FBI briefly re-opened (and then re-closed) their investigation into Hillary’s private email server. Democrat Rep. Elijah Cummings accused Giuliano of leaking at the time, and called for an investigation, which led to him again denying the allegations on Megyn Kelly’s show in November 2016:
And Giuliani would again address accusations of leaking information from the FBI in June of 2018.
Comey led a bogus investigation – and leaked plenty himself. Regardless of whether or not Rudy leaked anything he may or may not have gotten from the FBI, Comey’s “investigation” into Hillary Clinton was totally bogus.
An Inspector General report published earlier this year found that Comey consistently deviated from the FBI and DOJ’s protocols in their Clinton emails server investigation, though in my opinion, the “smoking gun” against Comey is that he began drafting the letter exonerating Hillary Clinton before the FBI’s investigation concluded.
Regardless, Comey isn’t in a position to criticize Giuliani for leaking (if he did), since he did that numerous times while still a member of the FBI. In the months leading up to his termination, Comey leaked a handful of memos, which contained details of conversations with Trump, to a number of his friends and associates. Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey said that Comey has “no excuse” for leaking the information contained within his memos. Trump personally accused Comey of leaking classified information in his memos, and a week later the Justice Department opened an investigation into whether or not Comey broke the law in leaking those memos.
