I realize the whole scan is a compilation, but the core document, the witness statement, should have visual and aesthetic continuity for the sake of integrity. I have doubt that it is authentic. It may have really been used, but it looks a bit dummied up to this anon. I wouldn't take it to the bank.
Probably just a nod to Nixon's collusion with the Federal Reserve to steal the gold. Hope Trump's plan includes getting the gold back.

There not mil, just caught my eye. Lots of WF planes moving about today. Even some as Delta Charters. Probably nothing. Reckon the Waltons move their ATM depoits/withdrawals on a Leer Jet. I never thought of how hard it must be to move really valuable stuff like gold and bills. God Bless those pilots.
