No new bread on QR after 9400 filled up.

Major issues with posting.

Stuck in captcha hell.

Can't upload images.... "Posting..." hangs at 100%.

Suspect baker is having same problem.

Can't start a new bread if you can't upload an image.

Not needed now that JPGs, GIFs, PNGs etc. are back and working again.

Just a safeguard in case they were still down by the time 751 rolled around.
