A UK finds a match for ROT1 pic dated 23DEC2013.

This is the ONLY open source pic we have been able to find which matches the ROT1 Q pic for having a small sidewalk sign next to the wall in front of RS HISPANIOLA, a restaurant ship. I cannot exaggerate the importance of this find. It has been a thorn in our side. Until now.
