i thought Sidney would find out about GEMS last Nov/Dec 2020, but she went a dif direction (to Sequoia/Smartmatic) because of wanting to focus on the foreign connection - foreign actors, etc.) because it was the best argument for negating the ridiculous results of 2020 election.
But role of GEMS and its creator Jeffrey DEAN is huge. Its developerJeffrey Deannot only developed GEMS around 1999 for GES [Global Election Systems] but within a year or two had a more stock than any other individual in that company and was also a company VP:

Diebold entered the voting machine business with its 2002 acquisition of Global Election Systems [GES], a company whose Senior VP (programmer jeffrey dean) was a CONVICTED FELON who had served time for sophisticated crimes involving "COMPUTER TAMPERING".

Global brought on Dean shortly before the 2000 election. A few months later, it hired a convicted drug trafficker [John Elder] - who Dean met in prison - to oversee punch card printing.

At about the same time convicted felons Dean and Elder got hired by GES,they were working for King Co (Seattle) elections depts.
Dean had special access to "inner room" where election results were stored.
