Yeah, I suppose I've been hard on him. We do have to keep in mind, however, that a balance in criticism/praise is important for someone in such a position of experience. If we're too easy on him, he might get complacent. If we're too hard on him, he might crack under the pressure.

Besides, I guess my biggest complaint is him ignoring my warnings about PuttItOut (Voat Owner), but after all this time I'm still not even sure what I would have had him done instead.
