While I have no connection -- financial or otherwise -- to any industry associated with this issue, my background in government and pure common sense tells me that the power outage in New York City is a red warning flag of what is to come on a larger scale and must be seen that way. It is inevitable and it is only a matter of time.

Charles Levin was reported missing by his son on July 8.

Officials believe that they have found the remains of actor Charles Levin, who went missing almost a week ago, in rural Oregon.

Levin, best known for roles including β€œSeinfeld” and β€œAnnie Hall,” was reported missing by his son on July 8 after not hearing from him for several days.

 

Through a cell phone ping and with help from a witness, Josephine County Search and Rescue traced Levin’s car, an orange 2012 Fiat, to a β€œvery remote and almost impassible road,” the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety said in a statement Sunday.

Levin’s pug, Boo Bear, was found dead in the car, but the 70-year-old actor was not in the vehicle, officials said.

Searchers found human remains several hours later, which they believe have a β€œhigh probability” of belonging to Levin.

A positive identification is pending a medical examination.

No scale available that I could find. Last 2 are max rez from the site. With no scale, I'm estimating size based on the comparison of chairs around the pool and the width of the nearby "road" and walkway into the pool area on Pedo Island, that pool being located not far from Vessels 3 & 4 (and yes, I used the same max rez setting.) Did not include a shot of the pool/road.

 

Vessel No. 1 is tied to the seaward side of the covered dock. It looks like a twin-outboard RHIB, approx 9 meters/28 feet in length. Notice the hard-top. It looks similar in design to the closed cockpit Zodiac RHIBs used by the Coasties.

 

Vessel No. 2 looks like a small inter-island ferry-type vessel. Notice the hard top runs nearly the full length of the boat from forward of the cockpit to almost all the way to the engines. Estimated length is 10 meters/30 feet, give or take one or 2. Also notice that the bow opens out very wide in a short space, and the boat does not narrow slightly at the stern. Looks like it was made for max sitting space (indicative of a ferry).

 

Vessels No. 3a and 3b look like a sailboat and RHIB tender. The sailboat narrows significantly and rounds out aft, motor vessels tend to be wider with straight sterns. The tender looks like one of those 8-footers that sailboats like to tow around.

 

Vessel No. 4 (yes, I know it has a tender nested at the stern) looks like a catamaran- or trimaran-type vessell. Has obvious twin hulls, uncertain whether it has a middle hull. Estimated length is 19 meters/60 feet. The tender looks like another RHIB yacht tender, judging from the cat's size it looks like a 4 meter/12 footer. Pretty common size for yacht tenders.

 

Thought this might be interesting. I haven't seen these before (I'm a part-timer so I very well could have missed them). Was particularly interested to see a cat at the island, they are nowhere near as common as single-hulls and one of this size might make it easier to narrow the search down.

 

Note that the website is either owned by or scraped from Goog and it copyrighted the imagery with a 2019 copyright. Not buying that just yet, I think these images may be older. I didn't do a comparison of the buildings to verify, somebody familiar with Pedo Island's current construction should do that.

 

And no, I can't tell the maker of these vessels from looking at them. I used to be in the Nav and never paid much attention to civvie boats. We just considered them nuisances or targets.

Was feeling lost but fascinated, split between boards, having watched the last 4 days events, observations, connecting dots. Wrote a rambling post to organize what seemed to be coming out of the fog at me, but unsure of the thoughts.

Why would BO/BV do that?

Anons have noticed that ever since the "NO NOTABLES IN THE DOUGH" edict came down, all Pastebin links have been "Guest Pastes" and handoffs seem coordinated going to bakers who would only leave notables out of the dough. However, on Pastebin, you can only make 10 pastes every 24 hours unless you create an account.

 

HOWEVER... there is one way around this, which is by checking the "Paste as a guest" box when you create your paste.

 

BO/BV has coordinated with shillbakers to use the Paste As A Guest function to prevent anons from identifying the shillbakers.

Jussie Smollett walked out of the Leighton Criminal Court Building on Tuesday free of 16 felony counts of falsely reporting he was attacked by two men hurling racist and homophobic slurs.

The white envelope was addressed to Smollett in large, childish handwriting with β€œMAGA” written in the left corner, an apparent reference to President Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan. Witnesses told police a postal worker dropped off the letter. It was postmarked in southwest suburban Bedford Park on Jan. 18, four days earlier, and bore two American flag stamps.

 

Smollett told police he and the show’s executive producer used gloves to open the envelope. The letter inside depicted a message from letters cut out of a magazine, with a racist and homophobic death threat accompanied by a drawing. The letter contained white powder that was later determined to be crushed pain reliever.

A week later, on Jan. 29, Smollett reported he was attacked by two masked men who hit him, placed a noose around his neck and poured a liquid on him.

 

But within a month, Smollett was arrested and charged with paying two brothers to stage the attack. The brothers began cooperating after authorities picked them up at O’Hare International Airport on Feb. 13 as they returned from Nigeria.

 

Chicago Police Department case files released Wednesday in response to a Freedom of Information Act request indicate detectives asked the brothers about the letter during an interview at the South Loop Hotel on Feb. 18. β€œBoth stated they had absolutely nothing to do with that letter,” the report says. β€œBoth were emphatic about the denial.”

 

A federal agent assigned as a task force officer was also involved in the investigation, the case files indicate, though the Chicago Police Department often works with federal authorities in such cases.

The agent got copies of search warrants issued against Smollett, was present when the brothers were questioned and was at the police station when Smollett was arrested. The agent also helped to sneak the brothers into the criminal courthouse for a grand jury appearance.

2 people filed amicus briefs in the civil case. 1 as John Doe ( we all think is Prince Andrew ) 1 as Jane doe. John Doe got a lawyer from NY as I recall, and Jane got a well known lesbian lawyer from DC.

Filing as John or Jane Doe is rare but happens. They must file gender specific though. I don't know about anyone else , but I am dying to find out who Jane is!. A person with money and an entrepeneurial spirit could design some kind of news environment, maybe on the web, maybe a news feed that would take advantage of amazing amounts of bandwidth expected to be available in 10 years, and fund/design/build something.

Long ago, America had tons of little news outlets on hard copy. Every city had two newspapers minimum, in competition.

 

We allowed the wealthy to buy them up as subsidiaries, then subsidiaries of subsidiaries until they were all top down control. Every city was then forced to close down one of their two news papers, back when I was in college, around the 80's.

 

We had a poster board in the hall in college. I remember this flyer complaining about the fact that there were only 82 companies that controlled all the news in America.

 

No one did anything to stop it. Next thing I know they have it all consolidated to six companies world wide.

 

Do we need an addendum to the Constitution First Amendment requiring all major news outlets to be stand alone corporations?

 

Do we somehow outlaw the buyouts, and let bankruptcy be the only reason for failure?

 

In other words, do we need to protect future media outlets from predatory control, through buyouts etc?

 

If we dont, I have to assume whatever we would create would be bought out and consolidated for control purposes, and it would definitely be done by the evil rich control freaks.

When I first started baking, every baker had a pastebin with a name and I was told to get one.

It was a way to check bakers without the presence of the BO or BVs. You'd just make a post and what put the text of the post in a pastebin and post that pastebin with it. It worked for over a year.

Anyone could always bake though, pastebin or not. And bakers were always told by anons which notables to add or remove, the baker rarely made a decision on what was or was not notable, and if something seemed notable and was missed could be added (if someone disagreed it would be taken out). Only if something was clearly fake or a clear shill post like ebot or something like a repeat would the baker not add it. I've never seen a "bakers union" or gatekeeping until now with the BO approved bakers and no notables (which are only two bakers and the two BVs, mostly the BVs).

I love to bake, and they ruined that.

Agree with anon who says, identifying bakers by their Pastebin accounts has been the norm for long time -- it was part of the deal when I started baking as well. Identifying bakers does come in handy when we're all trying to prevent handing off to a shill, seeing a familiar "face" brings a sense of relief and comfy knowing the bread won't be moldy. I think the issue is when the bakers themselves, and newfags/normies, start glorifying bakers, using bakernames inside the bread, etc. Baker names should only be used for ID purposes when handing off or doing some other relevant task. The problem isn't with the system, the problem is with people who let their pride / ego take over, imo.

thx for explaining about how baking worked originally. Only airframes I know that offer from factory are the a380, a350, and maybe the b787, though I haven't been hands on with that one.
