This adds to the mounting evidence that Twitter is acting like a publish and not a platform. Hence, Twitter is responsible [liable] for the illegal content that they allow.

As I type this, I just realised the following. The "social distancing" thing reduces the number of contacts that we have. They hope that patriots will meet less people and wake less of them up.
