They are just using Biden until very close to the election.
Then he will back out due to health issues (or they will kill him).
Then they will need an emergency replacement.
At the convention they will 'draft' a new candidate and make it look like it was spontaneous.
All of this to prevent having to debate and run against the best POTUS ever.
I would not be shocked if they tried to delay the election due to ballot concerns.
