I'm with the group who connects it to the virus. Especially since the briefings are starting up again. Maybe v2 is version 2 of the earlier DOD? lab research on effects of heat and sunlight. I'm sure many like me want them to explain why we are not seeing that happen in this heat wave.

I believe the virus research covered both sunlight and humidity. I'm where there has been sun, heat, humidity but minimal rain yet the case numbers are spiking.
