It wasn't on Jan 3rd and it wasn't Jan 5th. They had obviously decided on that plan previously and were then just laundering the information by the 3rd and 5th. Attempting plausible deniability for the rest of the co-conspirators.

So when reviewing their fuggery keep in mind they failed in the delegate recount scam due to Mil intervention a Q dropped. They designed everything for this. When recount scam was stopped they then had to cover and continue.

My guess is electoral scam wa thwarted Dec 5 D5, before the day electoral votes were to be cast, so that time frame is important in undertanding DS focus, a it changed after that.
