WASHINGTON – Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, FBI Deputy Director David L. Bowdich, U.S. Attorney William D. Hyslop for the Eastern District of Washington, and Special Agent in Charge Ray P. Duda of the FBI Seattle Field Office will participate in a press conference announcing charges in a national security cyber matter.

 

Following the press conference, reporters may stay on the line for a background briefing on the indictment with a DOJ prosecutor.

More government and central bank stimulus is coming: 10-year real Treasury yields are inching toward an all-time low, and the two-year Italian BTP yield turned negative again

Buying the dip in risky assets makes sense because they have an imbedded call option on a vaccine. As time passes by, the chance of a medical breakthrough increases

 

Back in China, the biggest news overnight was that Jack Ma’s Ant Group is seeking a valuation of more than $200 billion as it goes public in Hong Kong and Shanghai. It could seek to raise more in its IPO than Saudi Aramco’s record $29 billion haul, according to a person familiar with the matter.

 

The significance of this deal is multifold:

 

It would be the biggest IPO ever on mainland exchanges, smashing the record $10 billion debut by Agriculture Bank of China in 2010.

It signifies the rise of New China in the form of private high-tech companies, as opposed to the Old China dominated by state-owned banks and energy giants.

And it lends much needed credibility to the Shanghai stock exchange’s STAR board, which is designed to harbor tech startups.

 

More importantly, the choice of Shanghai and Hong Kong for listing signals China’s deliberate efforts to reduce its reliance on the U.S. capital market for fund-raising amid the tension between the two countries. Already, Chinese and Hong Kong exchanges accommodated the world’s biggest four public listings this year, including Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. and JD.com.

On Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “the ReidOut,” Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) vowed that she will “use every tool” she has to prevent the federal government from having federal law enforcement officials operating in Chicago the way they have in Portland and criticized the local Fraternal Order of Police leader as “unhinged” and hungry for attention for his stance on the issue.

 

Lightfoot said, “Well, first of all, as a former federal prosecutor, I know that if resources are brought in to augment existing federal infrastructure under the control and direction of a local U.S. attorney, there might be a value add. But look at what’s happened in Portland. What we have there is no advance notice to the local authorities, no notice to the local U.S. attorneys’ office, and having these armed, camouflaged individuals, with no insignia on, no nameplates, grabbing people off the street. That’s unconstitutional. So, our democracy is at stake, and I’ll be darned if I’m going to let anybody, even if their name is Mr. President, bring those kind of troops to our city and try to take off our residents. That’s not going to happen in Chicago, and if they try it, I’m going to use every tool at my disposal to stop them.”

 

She added, “We’ve got an unhinged leader of the Fraternal Order of Police, who is craven in trying to get — generate attention. Now, he has asked for that. But reasonable, local police officials, including our superintendent, know that this is a dangerous road for us to go down. We’re not going to have people that don’t know our streets, don’t know our neighborhoods, and then are engaging in clearly unconstitutional conduct, operating at will in our city. That is chaos. That is lawlessness.”

Flaw in Manufacturer’s Testing System For Coronavirus Used by Labs Across the US Causing False Positives

 

A flaw in a manufacturer’s Coronavirus testing system used by labs across the US are causing false positives.

 

Department of Public Health scientists in Connecticut discovered the flaw in the testing system manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific.

 

According to DPH scientists, the affected patients were tested between July 15 to July 17 and out of a total of 144 ‘positive’ tests, 90 were false positives!

 

This is just the tip of the iceberg.

 

The Associated Press reported:

 

Scientists at Connecticut’s public health laboratory say they’ve discovered a flaw in a manufacturer’s testing system for the coronavirus that’s used by labs around the country. So far, it’s resulted in 90 people – mostly residents of Connecticut nursing homes and assisted living facilities – recently receiving false positive tests.

 

State public health officials are now reviewing whether nursing home residents who received false positive tests were grouped with other residents with accurate positive tests, given the state’s recommendation to cohort nursing home residents who test positive for COVID-19.

 

“We don’t know that yet,” said Josh Geballe, Gov. Ned Lamont’s chief operating officer, noting that a team from the state’s Department of Public Health has been reaching out to every clinician responsible for those individuals, as well as the facilities where they live, and compiling data on the situation.

 

Meanwhile, Dr. Deidre S. Gifford, the state’s acting public health commissioner, said her agency is also reaching out to labs throughout the state to see how many of them use the testing platform manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific.

 

The Democrat-media complex has been pushing new COVID-19 panic porn by reporting on so-called ‘spikes’ in cases, but numerous reports show positivity rates are skewed.

 

Last week FOX 35 investigated and found out that countless labs were reporting 100% COVID positivity rates.

 

Most Florida labs have not reported any negative test result data to the state!

 

For example, one lab in Orlando, Centra Care, reported that 83 people were tested for COVID and ALL tested positive — this is IMPOSSIBLE!

California: ‘Mr. Rape, Torture, Kill’ Sex Offender Freed from Mental Hospital

 

California state officials have freed a sex offender considered “dangerous” from a mental hospital where he spent more than 20 years there in confinement.

 

Cary Jay Smith, 59 years old, was released from the Coalinga State Hospital this month after being in state custody since 1999. Smith was originally placed in state custody after his wife provided evidence of her husband’s intentions to sexually abuse a seven-year-old boy in their Costa Mesa neighborhood.

 

During hearings every six years, Smith has said that he goes by the name “Mr. RTK,” which stands for “Mr. Rape, Torture, Kill” and has claimed to have murdered three boys and sexually abused 200 others. Smith has said he fantasizes about raping and killing boys.

 

“Smith, an unstable individual, has openly made threats to rape and murder children and has stated that he would re-offend upon his release,” Orange County Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Michelle Steel said in a statement.

 

“The fact that he is being released back into our community is unconscionable,” Steel said. “We must take this threat to our community very seriously and ensure that everyone in Orange County is aware of this individual’s grave threat to our children.”

 

In 2002, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office planned to prosecute Smith on 20 felony counts of child sexual abuse. The case was dropped due to the statute of limitations. In 1985, Smith pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor sexual offense involving a child.

 

Smith has not had to register as a sex offender since 2005. The convicted sex offender is now reported to be traveling to San Diego County after stopping in the Corona and Lake Elsinore areas of California.

 

Most recently, California officials said they are ready to release about 8,000 more inmates from state prisons in order to abide by social distancing standards. Already, about 10,000 inmates have been released from law enforcement custody in the state.

 

In the most famous case thus far, inmates in Los Angeles were recorded on prison surveillance attempting to spread the coronavirus between each other by drinking from the same water bottles and sniffing face masks. The inmates, the sheriff said at the time, believed that they would be released if the coronavirus spread throughout the prison.

Media Malpractice on COVID Numbers

 

COVID-19 data are and have been all over the map since this entire mess gained steam earlier this year. It has gotten to the point that any “numbers” presented as news are suspect at best and fraudulent at worst.

 

Is this media incompetence or malpractice? Ignorant or deliberate?

 

Fox News ran a constant side bar in the early days of the pandemic, with U.S. death counts, much in the way cable news business shows run a ticker of the Dow or S&P 500. How morbid, but it provided fodder for media talking heads to run around like Kevin McCallister in Home Alone, waving their arms and screaming in panic.

 

Now that death counts are dropping to the point that they blend in with normal birth and death statistics, the media have predictably pivoted to case counts as their new hair-on-fire statistic to stoke fear, keep the economy shut down, and hopefully banish their nemesis back to the land of Mordor, also known as Mar-a-Lago.

 

Total cases are interesting but largely irrelevant without context. And context is anathema to most journalists and media outlets, who prefer the opposite approach, with out-of-context snippets and soundbites, as they did last week with White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnaney.

 

Context includes what defines a positive COVID test. Is it an actual positive antigen test result or a presumed positive case? Some counties in Texas were classifying a neighbor or co-worker of a test-positive case, suffering from a cough or sore throat, as having COVID, even without an actual test.

 

This could result in 10 to 20 additional reported positive cases based on only one actual case. Antibody test-positive individuals, having previous, but not current active infections, are also positive cases. That would be like classifying retired military members as active duty.

 

Context also includes asking whether these individuals are symptomatic or not. We never test asymptomatic individuals or contacts of those with the seasonal flu. In fact, most with the flu treat it symptomatically until they get better, and do not get tested unless they are sick enough to journey to the hospital. Asymptomatic individuals exposed to someone with the flu certainly don’t get tested. Why then is there such a push for COVID testing? Unless the goal is inflated numbers to fuel a media narrative and damage President Trump.

 

Congressional candidate Jessi Melton tweeted about a friend of hers who went to a lab for a COVID test but couldn’t wait for the test and left, receiving a call later telling her she tested positive. Numerous labs in Florida are only reporting positive test results, not the negatives, giving the impression that everyone in the state is infected with the Wuhan virus.

 

Not coincidently, the Republican convention is planned for Jacksonville, Florida next month. If the Florida bureaucracy reports only positive cases and the media run with it, the media narrative will be that Florida is overwhelmed with the virus and the convention needs to be cancelled. And that it is unsafe for Dementia Joe to hold a rally or debate his electoral opponent.

 

If the convention was planned for Alabama, any bets that we would see the same thing occurring there? Is any of this about the virus or is it all about the November election?

 

Not only are case numbers inflated but also deaths. Anyone testing positive at the time of death is counted as a COVID death, from alcohol poisoning or a shooting, to someone in hospice with weeks to live, dying from their underlying condition, but testing positive. George Floyd is likely somewhere in the COVID death count as he tested positive at autopsy.

 

CDC labs were contaminated, leading to false positives and bogus test results. Tests in Tanzania on a goat and paw paw fruit returned positive results. It should be no surprise that the White House told hospitals to bypass the CDC on COVID data and send results directly to the Department of Health and Human Services, reducing the chance of data manipulation.

 

The predetermined narrative is Orange Man Bad. Trump as president is an aberration, a fluke, something that must never happen again. Remember when David Plouffe, Barack Obama’s campaign manager tweeted, "It is not enough to simply beat Trump. He must be destroyed thoroughly. His kind must not rise again."

 

The media is molding news and history to their predetermined narrative that Trump must lose reelection on Nov. 3, regardless of the carnage to our economy, culture, and way of life in the process.

 

If the media had any desire to report honestly, they would have to go against Bari Weiss’s Rule Two, “Never risk commissioning a story that goes against the narrative.” The narrative is to destroy Trump at all costs, regardless of side effects. In the medical world, this would be malpractice.

Restoring Colorado Capitol grounds will cost $1 million

 

DENVER — There is a chance that snow could cover the graffiti on the Colorado state Capitol grounds before it is removed.

 

The state Capitol, in Denver, has been fenced off as crews power-wash graffiti and repair other damage done during the protests that followed George Floyd's death.

 

The state announced on Monday that the Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration has been cleaning and repairing damage to the Capitol since the end of May – when people in Denver began protesting the death of George Floyd, who died after a Minneapolis police officer held a knee to his neck.

 

Currently, the state estimates it will cost $1 million to remove graffiti, repair broken windows and doors and complete restoration work, though the amount is expected to change as the project continues.

The money will come from a group of funds:

$245,000 will come from an emergency fund maintained by the Office of the State Architect

$525,000 will come from Risk Management Property Fund funds for

Additional costs up to $1 million will also be covered by the State’s Risk Management Property Fund.

The rest will be covered by insurance.

Each section of graffiti needs about three passes with a power washer before it comes off the wall. The entire refurbishing effort could take until winter.

For now, the Capitol building will be protected by a new fence.

"Only recently has the daily graffiti and property damage subsided to the point that the Capitol’s existing restoration general contractor, GH Phipps, was able to erect a fence around the building to protect the job site, as required by OSHA regulations, to begin window and granite work," the state said in a news release.

Italian police bust major ‘psycho-sect’ that practiced child sex abuse for over 30 YEARS

 

Police in Italy have raided what they called a “very powerful” sect, said to be entrenched in several cities across the country, which preyed on young women – many of whom were minors – subjecting them to sex abuse and torture.

The sect targeted primarily young women, including minors, and reportedly promised the “chosen ones” an entry into a “magical, fantastic and secret world” and the lighting of an “inner fire,” among other things, investigators said. In reality, however, all the ‘magic’ revolved around various sexual practices, often “extreme and painful,” as well as torture. The victims were forced to sever their ties with the outer world, becoming dependent on the sect and on “the Doctor” personally.

 

Footage recovered by the police from the cult’s archives shows topless members engaging in ritualistic dances.

 

The sect has had a large legal front, including several shops, a psychology center and even a publishing house, which allowed it to operate freely for years and to ensnare unsuspecting victims.

 

The brainwashed members worked at the sect’s legal establishments, and were required to ‘donate’ large sums of money to the organization. To make the whole scheme more profitable, the cult tried to recruit new members from wealthy families, police said.

Major League Baseball came out in defense of players who knelt during the national anthem on Monday evening, taking on critics and tweeting in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

 

As Breitbart News reported, several members of the San Francisco Giants took a knee during the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner during a preseason game hosted by the Oakland Athletics before an empty stadium filled with cardboard cutouts.

Amidst much criticism online, the league’s Twitter account began defending the protest and issued tweets in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

I posted on here a while ago about it.

Some "thing" rag-dolled me like a little boy and shoved me into my bed so hard I couldn't breath from the force placed on my ribs. I was being pushed so hard I could feel the floor on a King-Sized bed on a frame. I was at the bottom of a dog-pile once in high school, where about every player on the filed was on top of me, That didn't even compare to the force. I was shocked my bones stayed in tact.

I don't know what it was that did that to me, but after I ran out of the room screaming, I calmed down and had absolutely no desire to use again. Completely gone like I never tried a drug in my life.

Now I'm trying to figure out what tf IT wants from me. I know it wants my head back to good-working condition. I used to be a fart smeller back in the day!

Actually, I have 30 years expereince in the legal profession and I know what evidence is and isnt. I've seen no good evidence that Hanks has committed child abuse crimes, nor any evidence that he has been charged with such crimes. Maybe you should get a job abd get in touch with reality.
