This Bowditch that's going to be in the DOJ conference is the same one who went that day on May 12, 2017 to retrieve the memos from Comey which he had written about POTUS. The SSA with two additional SSA'S arrived to Comey's residence to retrieve and inventory all FBI property from his home SCIF. With them were Rybicki and FBI Assoc. Dep. Dir. David Bowdich. The SSA's inventory would not list any memos, and Comey did not tell them he had copies of memos, specifically memos 2, 4, 6, and 7 in his personal safe. Rybicki also failed to mention the 6 memos he had stored in his reception area and office. Rybicki also claimed he wasn't aware of the signed copies in Comey's personal safe. While the SSA's were doing this, Bowditch and Comey went off into another part of the residence. The SSA's had only been authorized to search the SCIF, not anywhere else.
