coupla of problems to fix in dough.

there is another: the link for #12863 does not match the text for #12863. if you hover on it, you'll.
i baked the bread with the REMOVED notables amendation and kept the crossouts on purpose as a record of the original notable and the decision by anons (with the permission of pb baker) to drop two notables.

same GMT problem has happened at least once before, i think with a relatively new baker - where a line from the center of the list has 'jumped' to the first line of page 4.

I was the one that repaired the dough before - when GMT section was in wrong order
Exactly the same scenario, good it's recorded in qbin
easy to track down.
another baker (newer i think?) generated the original dough but can't find out who because qbin only shows recent doughs and this one's too far back.

ok. tracked this problem down, found the first time it happened from entries in qbin, bakers meta and /comms/ dough thread.
it's possible that the disappearing page breaks problem is related.
Will pass along to ProgrammerAnon for Qbin.

When boatfag baked, somehow GMT was also reverted, sigh. And i didn't catch it, was looking at page break problem.
looks like he somehow used a really old dough from June.

am now sure that dough for current bred #16866 is about a month old, coz baking seminar info was from seminar #21 not #24.
