If it checks out, and no one can find anything that contradicts what I discovered, this is definitely a NOTEABLE!
So, over the years, I developed a (weird?) habit of checking out the global incident report map every few months. Just did that. I go thru all of the categories and just kinda look around at what it's saying is going on.
Well, I clicked to view the map showing Disease outbreaks, and couldn't believe my eyes…the US is showing up nearly empty!!

Aside from a few Covid markers, the only thing there is a mention of the bubonic plague rat and some Dengue Fever in Florida…
So, you mean to tell me things like measles, mumps, polio…those things that everyone is HIGHLY encouraged to be vaccinated against have just completely dropped off & no where to be found???
Checking into it further, I looked up other sources for this kind of reporting.
Another map system for tracking preventable disease outbreaks is hosted by Gavi…checked there…as far as I can tell, they aren't reporting anything for the United States, either!!!

Once more, I check another source. This time CDC. They state of measles, "As of June 5, 2020, there have been 12 confirmed cases in 7 jurisdictions." Compare that to 2019: "From January 1 to December 31, 2019, 1,282* individual cases of measles were confirmed in 31 states." So, uhhhh…what happened with "preventable disease outbreaks" nearly dropping off the face of the United States this year?
This definitely doesn't seem right!
I have some theories, but I'll keep them to myself at the moment.
This seriously needs more attention / brought to light / more digging!

So how do we encourage the baker to put this in the notables as it hasn't been denied at all, only confirmation, and is truly huge information that needs to be seen and checked out more? & haven't seen any sort of assurance that the baker intends to put it in new noteables…how do I get the baker's attention and acknowledgement on this?

So I'm thinking (and could be wrong)…the same question you had about measles / mumps could also be asked about some of the items in the Legend that are clearly indicated as being displayed. Like, for example…why is Rabies & Foot & Mouth disease displayed, as well to go along with that question (if I'm understanding correctly what you are questioning…"the potential to indicate biological terrorism")
Side note: I cannot recall what category measles / mumps specifically appeared in, but from memory, it was under misc

It's the same sources that have long been "trusted"…. How about this, then…forget the map portion of evidence for a second. Explain this, as it is somewhat of a more traceable & straight source…Why does the CDC site say that this year there have been a whopping 12 cases of measles mid year when just last year it reports we had the highest number recorded since 1992? (1,282 cases in 2019) What happened with that? Still can't support pushing this theory?

I definitely feel the push to keep this info out of sight…has been slid from the forums quickly & have been having to be extremely loud / pushy / maybe even annoying to try to muster up the attention this implications deserve…not to mention the bread was cut as soon as it was mentioned, and the global incident report site went down shortly after having made light of it…and I'm hearing TONS of pushbacks / excuses despite the pushbacks / excuses being nullified in every instance. Hmmm!
