just released letter from Maxwells Counsel:
Dear Judge Preska:
Ms. Maxwell writes to request an emergency forthwith phone conference with the
Court regarding the materials ordered to be released. Many of the materials Plaintiff proposes
to release are subject to the Court’s stay of yesterday, July 29, 2020. If those materials are
released in violation of the stay, Ms. Maxwell and many non-parties’ rights will be irreparably
harmed. Counsel is available at any time convenient to the Court.

It may be a late day with these releases scheduled. From what I understand they have to be released today (at least started) so it may be a 11:59 drop. We shall see, unless the court backs ghislaines request.
just saw that an appeal was sent and accepted by the court system.
I’m assuming this means that the court talked with maxwells lawyer and the judge told them to send up an official appeal.
Which means it’s likely to be approved unless the judge is having them run laps just to deny. I don’t think so though, I think the appeal will be approved.
