I believe #1 is correct and is already evident. We are seeing new voting fraud scam stings every other day now, etc., which are bound to roll up.
I had the offhand thought earlier that what would make the most sense would be for Hussein to kill himself before things get to that level, that way they can cry "political prosecution" all they want and it won't matter…because he would be gone.
