Only chance for bad guys is delay Flynn's release from his gag order until after they steal the election. Roberts will be safe to act after a stolen election.
An SC decision before Trump's term ends leads to a Flynn pardon. A pardon will be controversial, at best, and will be used by the DS to discredit any information Flynn releases after the pardon, but still effective if the Flynn news is packaged correctly.
A Flynn pardon while Flynn is waiting for an SC decision will be hell on earth. Flynn, nor Trump, will have any credibility with normies after the ensuing MSM attack re: sidestepping justice.
IMO, there has to be a Hiroshima/Nagasaki (hot August?) event before the election. Could be Roberts needs to be taken out and the resulting scandal will lead to martial law and military tribunals until order is restored in the civilian justice system. No election.
