Just an observation:
Right is saying Trump best most effective President ever and has followed through on promises. I note in retrospect that Obama basically did as well and did it by mostly the same techniques the Executive order; but with a few added illegal actions and hidden agendas and payouts.
So both presidents did follow through on promises it is just Trumps promises are more transparent.
The reason the executive order appears to be the only way to get things done is that CONGRESS is completely broken and can get nothing done due to the completely inability to get anything done due to deep state embedding in our legislative branch.
