A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, 48, of Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 7, 2019, along with George Nader, Roy Boulos, Rudy Dekermenjian, Mohammad “Moe” Diab, Rani El-Saadi, Stevan Hill and Thayne Whipple.

The 53 count indictment charges Khawaja with two counts of conspiracy, three counts of making conduit contributions, three counts of causing excessive contributions, 13 counts of making false statements, 13 counts of causing false records to be filed, and one count of obstruction of a federal grand jury investigation. Nader is charged with conspiring with Khawaja to make conduit campaign contributions, and related offenses.

Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple are charged with conspiring with Khawaja and each other to make conduit campaign contributions and conceal excessive contributions, and related offenses.

According to the indictment, from March 2016 through January 2017, Khawaja conspired with Nader to conceal the source of more than $3.5 million in campaign contributions, directed to political committees associated with a candidate for President of the United States in the 2016 election.

By design, these contributions appeared to be in the names of Khawaja, his wife, and his company. In reality, they allegedly were funded by Nader. Khawaja and Nader allegedly made these contributions in an effort to gain influence with high-level political figures, including the candidate. As Khawaja and Nader arranged these payments, Nader allegedly reported to an official from a foreign government about his efforts to gain influence.

The indictment also alleges that, from March 2016 through 2018, Khawaja conspired with Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple to conceal Khawaja’s excessive contributions, which totaled more than $1.8 million, to various political committees.

Among other things, these contributions allegedly allowed Khawaja to host a private fundraiser for a presidential candidate in 2016 and a private fundraising dinner for an elected official in 2018.

The indictment further alleges that, from June 2019 through July 2019, Khawaja obstructed a grand jury investigation of this matter in the District of Columbia.

Knowing that a witness had been called to testify before the grand jury, Khawaja allegedly provided that witness with false information about Nader and his connection to Khawaja’s company. Boulos, Diab, Hill, and Whipple also are charged with obstructing the grand jury’s investigation by lying to the FBI.

Currently, Nader is in federal custody on other charges.

Father Pierre Duverger, who now serves as principal of St. Thomas More Academy in Sanford, Florida, was previously assigned in Kansas, where the alleged incidents of sexual misconduct took place. In spite of knowing of these allegations for several years, the Society has never formally investigated him.

Duverger was ordained in 1995 and comes from a family of SSPX priests, with two brothers and two nephews who are SSPX clergy. His brother, Fr. Patrick Duverger, serves as district superior of the BeNeLux region (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg). Another brother, Fr. Loïc Duverger, served as superior in Africa, where he mishandled the case involving Fr. Dennis Carlisle, accused by multiple boys of pedophilia. Father Loïc also served as assistant to the French district superior over the past 20 years, where he was in the shadow of a number of sex abuse cover-ups under French district superior Fr. Régis de Cacqueray.

According to an article in The Angelus, Duverger "is from a family of 11 which had the honor of being a friend of Archbishop Lefebvre's since the 1950s in Africa."

He is among multiple priests under criminal investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), which is looking into the SSPX, along with all Kansas dioceses, as part of its wider criminal probe into clergy sex abuse and cover-up.

In an email dated Dec. 14, 2019, SSPX priest Fr. Hervé de la Tour, speaking of Duverger, admits to whistleblower Jassy Jacas, "We know of several victims already," clarifying in a later email that the allegations go back as early as 2007 or 2008."

FDA Expands List Of Dangerous Hand Sanitizers To Over 100

The US Food and Drug Administration's list of potentially harmful hand sanitizers has now been expanded to a whopping 100+.

Warnings first surfaced in June, at which point less than a dozen were named. This after an explosion of new, cheap sanitizers hit the market following an initial run on alcohol-based sanitizing cleaning products in March, when coronavirus lockdowns took effect.

Initially the FDA's warnings were focused on products that are potentially toxic when absorbed through the skin, given some contained methanol. This makes the sanitizers possibly deadly if swallowed as well.

"We remain extremely concerned about the potential serious risks of alcohol-based hand sanitizers containing methanol. Producing, importing and distributing toxic hand sanitizers poses a serious threat to the public and will not be tolerated. The FDA will take additional action as necessary and will continue to provide the latest information on this issue for the health and safety of consumers," the agency said previously.

But the hugely increased list topping 100 is due to most of the new additions containing insufficient levels of alcohol, making them ineffective against the virus and germs.

In its updated warning issued days ago it said: "FDA test results show certain hand sanitizers have concerningly low levels of ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, which are active ingredients in hand sanitizer products."

It's unreal when you think about how many deaths, beatings, loss of revenue and damage the media caused with not only this Floyd shit but all the others from the past that always, literally always, fucking ALWAYS turn out to be someone resisting arrest or making up a story. One of my first thoughts was the CCP connection directly after the event took place. I have not seen any evidence to validate my suspicion as of yet but I would not at all put it past them to assist with the killing of a black man just so they could create a narrative which their media shield helped push. This is the closest info I can find about DOJ policy for investigations during election year. Note that is talks about OPENING but says nothing about investigations opened BEFORE. We don't currently have a Dem VP so it looks like Barr would be in his rights to continue investigations if Biden chooses one already under investigation. Attorney General William Barr has issued new restrictions on opening investigations into politically sensitive individuals or entities, including a requirement that he approve any inquiry into a presidential candidate or campaign.

Barr outlined the new policies in a three-page memo obtained by NPR as the Democratic primaries are underway and the country gears up for November's presidential vote. The memo was first reported by The New York Times.

Barr's new restrictions follow a sharply critical report from the Justice Department's inspector general on aspects of the FBI's Russia investigation, which began in the summer of 2016 during the presidential campaign and continues to ripple through American politics four years later.

The IG report was particularly critical of the bureau's surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

The FBI and other intelligence agencies uncovered and documented an unprecedented campaign of active measures targeted against the United States, one that flummoxed the administration of President Barack Obama.

The bureau — and later special counsel Robert Mueller — also documented extensive contacts between Russians and people in Trump's orbit, but Mueller did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired with the Kremlin in its election interference.

The Justice Department, Barr's memo says, "has a strong interest in the prosecution of election-related crimes, including those involving corruption of the election process."

But, it says, "we must investigate and prosecute those matters with sensitivity and care to ensure that the department's actions do not unnecessarily advantage or disadvantage any candidate or political party."

The memo adds to existing Justice Department guidelines that caution officials against taking steps that influence an election. It spells out concrete restrictions for opening politically sensitive probes.

Rules of the road

Barr's memo says investigations, including preliminary ones, into a presidential or vice presidential candidate, their campaigns or staff cannot be opened without the written approval of the attorney general.

It also says that an investigation into a congressional candidate or campaign cannot be opened without first notifying the assistant attorney general and the respective U.S. attorney in the district involved.

Barr's memo imposes the same requirements for investigations into illegal contributions, donations or expenditures by foreign nationals to a presidential or congressional campaign.

If an investigation is initiated in line with these guidelines, the memo says, the investigating agency should provide regular updates to the office of the Justice Department's No. 2 official, the deputy attorney general.

It urges officials to err on the side of consulting with the appropriate officials or seeking their approval if there's any doubt.

"While the department must respond swiftly and decisively when faced with credible threats to our democratic processes, we also must be sensitive to safeguarding the Department's reputation for fairness, neutrality, and nonpartisanship," the memo says.
