I heard astory from a professor of anthropology which he probably made up himself about a tribal leader covered in gold and surrounded by ornimental statues and that he would row out into a volcanic lake and let the boat sink and swim back to shore naked (all the gold would wash off him)

Once, when I was driving in the mountains, there was a road block at a curious place near a mountain pass. the ones who reject it were the Jews.
the ones who accepted Jesus, some had been Jews, but then when they understood they stopped being Jews.
