IMO, Pence won't step in, unless POTUS goes MIA before the election. Even then, it will be temporary.

Pelosi will have to step in, because no results, mean no POTUS choice.

The country will be divided, and neither side will believe any results, after the fact. The sheep have been programmed to believe, POTUS is a liar, and will use everyone to Fake the Vote to stay in.

Not a good plan, if that's the plan. Everyone is already suspicious of everything, because far too much disinformation has been running the program.

Never ending delays, stalls and excuses are keeping thousands of previously unemployed, who became employed and filed for the first time for 2019. (as one example) If the IRS doesn't finish "Processing" and leaves these people in Limbo, while "Processing" they are uncounted. No Stimulus, no nothing.
