It's only 4 minutes and everyone should watch it.

This guy is and Oncologist, a cancer specialist, and he dug into the fine print of the research paper, and recognized the code name of the cells used for in-vitro testing as being a line of LUNG CANCER cells. This is how he was able to learn what the study authors did not notice.

It was brilliant, because this is how real science works. Everyone checks each other's work, finds mistakes or details that were important but overlooked. Real science is never done by committee or consensus. It is ARGUED out in public, and at the end of the day, they all go and have a beer together, because it is a friendly competition with a higher goal.

A doctor discusses HCQ studies.

This is a great one to listen to because it makes it clear that HCQ has different impact at different points in the progress of a COVID infection.

a) pre-exposure (Prophylaxis)

b) post exposure but not hospitalized

c) hospitalized or in other words, the cytokine storm in the patient is causing lung inflamation and making breathing hard.

She makes it abundantly clear that when the cytokine storm has started you need to take steroids to stop it and reverse its effects. This is why Dexamethasone is now hard to find in pharmacies, because the hospitals are using it. Some hospitals will use a corticosteroid instead such as Prednisolone.

The doctor focuses on the HCQ studies so she only mentions steroids in passing, and she does not mention Zinc at all which may be why she sees no benefits to HCQ in phase B. Nut, if Zinc is the real miracle worker, then she is right about HCQ.

Remember that the whole picture is still being uncovered. Once you understand the importance of Zinc, you can use Quercetin or EGCG/Green Tea to help get it into the cells. No need for HCQ.

Also, if the gold standard study that she mentions makes it easier to get a low dose prophylactic prescription for HCQ, then you can take Zin on your own, and if you do get sick, nobody will tell you to stop the HCQ. So, I think a wiser way to approach government would be to ask for prophylactic HCQ to be made more readily available, maybe even OTC.

Surprised to hear about Melatonin but this search

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=melatonin+virus

Shows papers about its use with Ebola, COVID and influenza so it would be worth doing some reading.

Famotidine is a histamine-2 blocker usually used for stomach acid problems. I would not use that without researching it further on Pubmed.

And about Quercetin.Do not wonder

Do NOT suppose. Go to Pubmed or Google Scholar and search Quercetin. You will learn that it is a Zinc ionophore meaning it helps Zinc to enter the cells. Once inside there it will block the reproduction of retroviruses like HIV, flu or COVID19. This is why people take Zinc supplements in cold and flu season. If the virus cannot use the cell mechanism to reproduce, it quickly fades away.

What really needs to be done is an update to the Cold/Flu season protocol so that people have a clearer idea how boosting their health with the right nutrition can make them almost impervious to respiratory disease.

A couple of other herbal antivirals that are worth researching areโ€ฆ

Echinaceawhich many people take in the runup to cold and flu season anyway.

Nigella sativaalso called black cumin. My local Chinese pharmacy sells a blend of Oregano oil with 25% black cumin oil added as a treatment for respiratory diseases.

The smart money is buying Green Tea and Zinc supplements.

Cut down the coffee to one cup a day, and practice drinking strong Green Tea. If you use bags, open them up and add the leaves to the tea that you drink, to maximize the EGCG that you consume.

You can also cook rice with green tea in it (leaves included). The usual sauces that you eat with the rice cover up the taste of the Green Tea.

When demand for HCQ goes up, supplies dry up and it becomes hard to get.

Same thing for Quercetin.

But when demand for Green Tea goes up, suppliers stop fermenting the leaves into black tea, and just ship it out green. There is no shortage of tea in the world.

I had to sleep sitting up with an alarm set for every 90 minutes to make sure I did not choke to death. I went to the hospital, and they gave me two Dexamethasone and two Ibuprofen and sent me home. Sleeping was easier and 9 hrs later I took more Ibuprofen and added Acetaminophen as well, and Sambucol (Black Elderberry). It slowly got better over 3 days.

I took ZInc as well.
