Whitmer extends coronavirus state of emergency through Friday, Sept. 4
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has signed a new executive order extending Michigan’s emergency and disaster declaration until 11:59 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4.
The state of emergency would have expired after 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 11, without the governor’s action.
