Lots of fear porn on the housing market right now.

Member when Sturgis had a reputation as a crazy biker rally where you were likely to get killed, and Portland was a peaceful place to stay safe?
>Anyone ever considered what might happen if anons only did digging on positive events?
>We are the news now!
>Shouldn’t we be different from the Fake News?
Gotta do the good WITH the bad, anon.
>I can see the argument. Maybe we just try to do more positive.
See
It's the little things that count.
Anon would be comfy letting a little old lady walk down the street in Sturgis tonight.
>I finally was able to use my VA loan last year and got royally fucking screwed by all the "professionals".
That's their job, anon.
Every house transaction eats up 1/8 of the value between seller and buyer costs. Agents, inspectors, appraisers, bankers, all want a cut of the "deal" and none of them give a shit about (You).
>they sold me a house that shouldve never passed any inspections
Never trust inspectors. Hire a contractor to look at properties.
Inspectors do the equivalent of plugging a cheap OBD reader into a car to look for codes. A mechanic throws it on a lift.
Every construction guy you ask will tell you horror stories about property inspectors.
