For some time now people have said WWIII would be a cyber-war.
Most think of cyber-war as hacking, taking out power grids…
WWIII will involve hacking, but not power grids, they're 'hacking' our minds w/weapons like ShadowNet/IIA & other social network Psychological warfare.

As an SME in IIA (#ShadowNet) there's ZERO reason for geo-desparate location of training in more than a single facility.
You would deploy if for operational justification in multiple locations, then coordinate using ShadowNet COP's, like out of VA HQ?
