Once former Vice President Biden is on the ticket, the Democratic establishment could declare him too cognitively unfit to fulfill his role. This would leave a vacancy on the ticket.

 

…they will find a way to remove him from the ticket “due to a decline in health.”

 

After this vacancy is established, the Democrats are free to arbitrarily replace Biden with whomever they want.

if Joe Biden is our nominee and is subsequently removed from the ticket, the voters have no remaining say in who becomes the President. Then, as foreshadowed in the DNC fraud lawsuit, the Democratic establishment would become completely free to coronate the candidate of their own choosing in the metaphorical smoke-filled back rooms of the DNC.

SAVE THE CHILDREN.

I am a victim of child abuse. Never sexual, but violence and torture and all kinds of psych abuse and threats.

THIS IS PERSONAL FOR ME.

I can't even begin to imagine the kind of horrors visited upon the victims of child sex trafficking, but I think I get it on some fundamental level. I know what it's like to feel betrayed by the grown-ups. To feel like no matter what authority figure you went to, your teacher, the cops, your family-they'd just send you straight back to hell. To lose faith, at an early age, in the idea that people are even good at heart. To feel so horrible all the time that you actually dissociate and stop feeling like real life exists. To grow jealous of the kids who still had their innocence. To feel lied-to every time a story on TV had a happy ending. To be gaslit and made to feel that the abuse is your fault. To feel trapped in an inescapable nightmare. The absolute and primal terror of being physically overwhelmed by an adult and in mortal fear.

These kids must feel that way up to eleven. They have been let-down and betrayed on an indescribable level.

All across this country, every day, there is absolute horror occurring only feet away from where we live and dwell. Far worse than I ever experienced. The perpetrators of these horrific acts hide behind closed doors, behind courts and social services workers who shield them, behind their good public images, and behind each other.

THIS IS FUCKING UNACCEPTABLE.

That twisting rot in my eyes and the pit of my stomach, the kind that makes you lurch awake screaming. It's everywhere. Hundreds of thousands of children every year just here. Little hells hidden from prying eyes. Atrocities. The kind of acts that would drive you into homicidal rage if you saw them happening in-person. UNACCEPTABLE EVIL. THE KIND THAT HAS NO RIGHT TO EXIST. That should make you want to vomit.

To all of my fellow Anons, thank you for fighting so doggedly for this. It gives me tremendous hope in a place it was sorely missing to know that so many people give a crap.

But to any abusers in here? Any of our adversaries on the other side of this issue? Any pedovores or their goons? Be very fucking afraid. Live in mortal terror. Savor every heartbeat as though it could be your last. You have no idea how much we hate you or what sadistic thoughts pass through our minds when we picture your faces.

You have no idea how personal this is for some of us. There are mothers and fathers here who only need to picture their own children in order to lose all mercy towards you. Those same mothers and fathers in law enforcement and our military. For me, being here is a way of keeping a promise I made to myself almost 20 years ago, battered and beaten and whimpering in a puddle of my own piss. Threats and mockery won't work against something like that.

To every child out there who is being abused: We're coming. The cavalry is here and we're going to set things right again, we promise. But to enemy as well…

We're coming.And we are going to make such a loud statement and a terrible example with your downfall that people centuries from now will shudder to imitate you out of pure, primal, mortal fucking terror.

According to this article, she is not and cannot ever be a NATURAL born citizen. Due to the claimed Indian / Jamaican citizenship of her parents. The is a NATIVE born, but that is not the requirement for President and Vice President.

Bill Clinton lost the secret codes that would be used to

authorise a US nuclear strike during the last year of his

presidency, a new book has alleged.

light “around the year 2000”, when they were due to be

replaced by a new set. For months beforehand, he says, defence

department officials had tried to verify that the codes were

Typically, the codes, which are replaced every four months,

are kept by the president or a very close aide. Gen Shelton

reading: “President loses key to nukes – launches impossible.”

Robert Patterson, wrote in a book of his own in 2003 that Mr

Clinton lost the codes during the 1998 scandal over Monica

Lewinsky, the former intern with whom the president had sexual

relations.

 

Col Patterson, who carried the “nuclear football” of codes

for the president, quotes Mr Clinton as saying: “I don’t have

So, given that both Kamala Harris's parents where foreign students at the time of her birth and neither being citizens of the US. So, this at lease makes her not being a natural born citizen because neither of her parents having US citizenship at the time. So, does this make her ineligible to be President since she is not a natural born citizen. Ontario doctor Kulvinder Kaur Gill has been criticized by fellow physicians and others after a series of tweets that they say spread misinformation about COVID-19.

Hydroxychloroquine is a drug used to treat malaria and some autoimmune diseases, such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It has been touted by U.S. President Donald Trump as a potential fix for COVID-19. However, the drug has been shown to be ineffective in combating the virus, according to a major study published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

 

Medical bodies such as the Canadian Pediatric Society say hydroxychloroquine has no significant benefit in fighting COVID-19. Health Canada has not authorized hydroxychloroquine to treat or cure COVID-19 and has warned Canadians about products making false and misleading claims. It says hydroxychloroquine can have serious side effects. Only recently did Health Canada authorize, with conditions, remdesivir to treat severe cases of COVID-19.

Because of his position and the length of his tenure, Professor Siegel is considered among the world's foremost authorities on the development of World Health Organization policy. In this interview, he reveals the influence of the Vatican in shaping WHO policy, particularly in blocking adoption of the concept that overpopulation is a grave public-health threat – a concept which, in WHO's early years, enjoyed a broad consensus among member countries.

 

Without this separation of population dynamics from WHO public-health policy, the Vatican would have found it much more difficult to subsequently manipulate governments on such issues as family planning and abortion. National leaders would have been able to refer to the international consensus, as demonstrated by WHO policy. WHO, they could have insisted, has determined that family planning and abortion – like clean water, good nutrition, and immunizations – are necessary to protect public health.

 

Professor Siegel decided to speak out on the subject. As he was involved in the WHO at an early stage, his personal experience provides ample evidence that the Vatican influenced WHO policy development from the outset, during the early period of the Interim Commission in 1946. In its 63-year history, this international health body has had a deplorable record in family planning. Its commitment has been minuscule, and even today family planning accounts for only a tiny fraction of its budget.

 

Professor Siegel joined the World Health Organization in 1946, when it was still in its formative stages – under the umbrella of the United Nations, created just the year before. Because of his earlier work in North America and the Middle East, he was asked, in effect, to be one of WHO's "founding fathers". So he came on board on the senior staff of the Interim Commission. Dr. Brock Chisholm of Canada was the Executive Director of the Commission, which set up the permanent organization with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Chisholm was chosen to be WHO's first Director General."

Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx is dropping felony cases involving charges of murder and other serious offenses at a higher rate than her predecessor, according to a Tribune analysis that comes amid a growing debate over criminal justice reform.

 

During Foxx’s first three years as the county’s top prosecutor, her office dropped all charges against 29.9% of felony defendants, a dramatic increase over her predecessor, the Tribune found. For the last three years of Anita Alvarez’s tenure, the rate was 19.4%.

 

In all, a total of 25,183 people had their felony cases dismissed under Foxx through November 2019, up from 18,694 for a similar period under Alvarez.

 

 

Foxx, a Democrat, swept into the state’s attorney’s office in 2016 vowing to reform the criminal justice system and reduce the population of Cook County Jail, which disproportionately holds low-income people of color. She is up for reelection in November.

 

In an interview, Foxx did not dispute the Tribune’s findings but said her office’s higher rate of dropped felony cases gives an incomplete picture of her commitment to keeping the public safe. She said her office has dismissed cases against low-level, nonviolent offenders so prosecutors can concentrate on crimes of violence.

 

“It is always eye-opening to be able to look at our own data and compare it to my predecessor’s past,” Foxx said. “I can’t reconcile what her decision-making was, and how they chose to (dismiss) cases in the past. But I will say that this administration has been clear that our focus would be on violent crime and making sure that our resources and attention would go to addressing violent crime.”

 

However, the Tribune found that Foxx’s higher rates of dropped cases included people accused of murder, shooting another person, sex crimes, and attacks on police officers — as well as serious drug offenses that for decades have driven much of Chicago’s street violence.

 

For the three-year period analyzed, Foxx’s office dropped 8.1% of homicide cases, compared with 5.3% under Alvarez, the Tribune found. Under Foxx, the office dropped 9.5% of felony sex crime cases; the rate was 6.5% for Alvarez.

 

Foxx’s office also increased the rate of dropped cases for aggravated battery and for aggravated battery with a firearm. And under Foxx, the percentage of cases dropped for defendants accused of aggravated battery of a police officer more than doubled, from 3.9% to 8.1%.

 

Foxx said she has tried to create an office culture where assistant state’s attorneys can openly discuss dropping felony charges if a case has legal problems, pointing to wrongful convictions that have occurred over the years and the dark history of Chicago police detectives torturing people of color to gain false confessions.

 

“Recognizing the history that we’ve had around wrongful convictions, recognizing our ethical obligations as prosecutors … requires us to reinforce that people can, if they believe a case is flawed, bring it to our attention, and we will dismiss it if it’s appropriate,” Foxx said.

 

The most well-known case where Foxx’s office dropped all felony charges was that of “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, who had been accused of staging a racist and homophobic attack on himself in downtown Chicago. Prosecutors in 2019 moved to dismiss all 16 felony counts against Smollett. The legal term for this, “nolle prosequi,” means the office was declining to prosecute.

 

A Cook County judge last summer appointed former U.S. Attorney Dan Webb as a special prosecutor to investigate whether there was any misconduct in the way Foxx’s office handled the allegations against Smollett. In February a grand jury indicted Smollett on new charges, making allegations nearly identical to the charges dropped by Foxx’s office.

 

Webb has said he will issue a final report to the court and to the Cook County Board of Commissioners, although no date has been specified. Foxx had opposed the appointment of a special prosecutor, saying it would duplicate the work of the county’s inspector general, who was already looking into the Smollett case.

 

The Tribune findings are based on data that Foxx’s office posted online showing the outcomes for more than 810,000 charges from 2011 onward. The data shows for each charge whether the defendant entered a guilty plea, was found guilty or not guilty at trial, or had the charge dismissed.

 

Defendants often face multiple charges in a single case, and it’s common for prosecutors to drop some of the charges before and even during a trial. The Tribune wanted to determine how often the state’s attorney’s office dismissed all charges; the analysis was ultimately based on the cases of about 287,000 defendants.

New York’s true nursing home death toll cloaked in secrecy

 

Riverdale Nursing Home in the Bronx appears, on paper, to have escaped the worst of the coronavirus pandemic, with an official state count of just four deaths in its 146-bed facility.

 

The truth, according to the home, is far worse: 21 dead, most transported to hospitals before they succumbed.

 

“It was a cascading effect,” administrator Emil Fuzayov recalled. “One after the other.”

 

New York’s coronavirus death toll in nursing homes, already among the highest in the nation, could actually be a significant undercount. Unlike every other state with major outbreaks, New York only counts residents who died on nursing home property and not those who were transported to hospitals and died there.

 

That statistic could add thousands to the state’s official care home death toll of just over 6,600. But so far the administration of Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo has refused to divulge the number, leading to speculation the state is manipulating the figures to make it appear it is doing better than other states and to make a tragic situation less dire.

 

“That’s a problem, bro,” state Sen. Gustavo Rivera, a Democrat, told New York Health Commissioner Howard Zucker during a legislative hearing on nursing homes earlier this month. “It seems, sir, that in this case you are choosing to define it differently so that you can look better.”

 

How big a difference could it make? Since May, federal regulators have required nursing homes to submit data on coronavirus deaths each week, whether or not residents died in the facility or at a hospital. Because the requirement came after the height of New York’s outbreak, the available data is relatively small. According to the federal data, roughly a fifth of the state’s homes reported resident deaths from early June to mid July — a tally of 323 dead, 65 percent higher than the state’s count of 195 during that time period.

 

Even if half that undercount had held true from the start of the pandemic, that would translate into thousands more nursing home resident deaths than the state has acknowledged.

 

Another group of numbers also suggests an undercount. State health department surveys show 21,000 nursing home beds are lying empty this year, 13,000 more than expected — an increase of almost double the official state nursing home death tally. While some of that increase can be attributed to fewer new admissions and people pulling their loved ones out, it suggests that many others who aren’t there anymore died.

 

However flawed New York’s count, Cuomo has not been shy about comparing it to tallies in other states.

 

Nearly every time Cuomo is questioned about New York’s nursing home death toll, he brushes off criticism as politically motivated and notes that his state’s percentage of nursing home deaths out of its overall COVID-19 death toll is around 20%, far less than Pennsylvania’s 68%, Massachusetts’ 64% and New Jersey’s 44%.

 

“Look at the basic facts where New York is versus other states,” Cuomo said during a briefing Monday. “You look at where New York is as a percentage of nursing home deaths, it’s all the way at the bottom of the list.”

 

In another briefing last month, he touted New York’s percentage ranking as 35th in the nation. “Go talk to 34 other states first. Go talk to the Republican states now — Florida, Texas, Arizona — ask them what is happening in nursing homes. It’s all politics.”

 

Boston University geriatrics expert Thomas Perls said it doesn’t make sense that nursing home resident deaths as a percentage of total deaths in many nearby states are more than triple what was reported in New York.

 

“Whatever the cause, there is no way New York could be truly at 20%,” Perls said.

 

A Cuomo spokesman did not respond to repeated requests for comment. New York’s Department of Health said in a statement that it has been a leader in providing facility-specific information on nursing home deaths and “no one has been clearer in personalizing the human cost of the pandemic.”

 

A running tally by The Associated Press shows that more than 68,600 residents and staff at nursing homes and long-term facilities across the nation have died from the coronarivus, out of more than 164,000 overall deaths.

 

For all 43 states that break out nursing home data, resident deaths make up 44% of total COVID deaths in their states, according to data from the Kaiser Family Foundation. Assuming the same proportion held in New York, that would translate to more than 11,000 nursing home deaths.

Fails to condemn attacks on churches, statues

"DETROIT (ChurchMilitant.com) - CatholicVote, a faith-based advocacy group, is calling on Joe Biden — the Democratic Party's presumptive candidate for president — to speak out on a recent streak of anti-Catholic vandalism.

 

CatholicVote's president, Brian Burch, stated Thursday, "Catholic churches across America are literally burning, and Joe Biden has said nothing." He emphasized:

 

Leading members of the Democratic Party have fueled a climate of hate against Catholics and these attacks have now led to acts of vandalism and violence. These attacks on the Church raise serious questions about the commitment of Joe Biden, a self-professed Catholic, to stand up to the rising climate of anti-Catholicism across the country.

 

CatholicVote's statement came the same day as President Donald Trump accused Biden of being "against the Bible."

 

"I'm in favor of the Bible," President Trump remarked Thursday on the podcast Roadkill With Geraldo. "I'm in favor of Second Amendment. Biden is against all of those things. He's against oil, he's against the Bible — essentially against religion — but against the Bible, and he's against the Second Amendment."

 

Trump repeated this message Thursday during a visit to Ohio, claiming Biden will "hurt the Bible" and "hurt God."

 

Biden responded to Trump's remarks, "For President Trump to attack my faith is shameful."

 

The former vice president cast himself as a man of faith, adding, "Like so many people, my faith has been the bedrock foundation of my life: It's provided me comfort in moments of loss and tragedy, [and] it's kept me grounded and humbled in times of triumph and joy.""

The Constitution places the power of the purse in Congress: “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law . . .” In specifying the activities on which public funds may be spent, Congress defines the contours of federal power. This requirement of legislative appropriation before public funds are spent is at the foundation of our constitutional order.

 

Appropriations and Constitutional Separation-of-Powers

 

The Appropriations Clause is not technically a grant of legislative power, because pursuant to the Necessary and Proper Clause (Article I, Section 8, Clause 1), Congress clearly has the power to specify the objects, amounts, and timing of federal spending—even if there were no Appropriations Clause. If Congress could not limit the Executive’s withdrawing of funds from the Treasury, then the constitutional grants of power to Congress to raise taxes (Article I, Section 8, Clause 1) and to borrow money (Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2) would be for naught because the Executive could effectively compel taxing and borrowing by spending at will. Rather, the Appropriations Clause creates a legislative duty that Congress exercise control and assume responsibility over the federal fisc. Congress’s “power of the purse” is at the foundation of our Constitution’s separation of powers, a constitutionally mandated check on Executive power.

 

The Appropriations Clause would appear to categorically enjoin the President and federal agencies to spend funds only as appropriated by Congress. If Congress fails to provide necessary funds, then the grants of power to the President are themselves for naught. Scholars disagree on the extent to which Congress may use appropriations limitations to control the President’s exercise of discretion in carrying out his or her duty to “execute the law,” especially in the area of national security—though all agree that Congress may not, under the guise of exercising its “power of the purse,” interfere with indispensable executive (or judicial) functions. Thank you for the coverage. As you know, simply saying "QAnon" grants us valuable exposure, whether or not that exposure comes in the form of a hit piece. You, Newsweek, and CNN were among the first major leftist outlets to break the silence on us, and we appreciate that.

If I may offer a critique, people are seeing through the hit pieces pretty easily. You're too brazen. A few days later, I saw the same hashtag trending on Twitter. This time, it was being posted by followers of QAnon, the sprawling pro-Trump conspiracy theory. These people were also disturbed about human trafficking, but with a dark twist: Many of them believed that President Trump was on the verge of exposing “Pizzagate” or “Pedogate,” their terms for a global conspiracy involving a ring of Satan-worshiping, child-molesting criminals led by prominent Democrats.

 

My acquaintance is not a QAnon believer. And she certainly doesn’t think, as some QAnon adherents do, that Hillary Clinton and her cronies are kidnapping and eating children (yes, eating them) in order to harvest a life-extending chemical from their blood.

The incidence of autism spectrum disorder diagnosis was 4.00 per 1,000 person-years among children with exposure compared to 2.42 among unexposed children, and the fully adjusted hazard ratio was 1.51 (95% confidence interval: 1.17–1.96) in the matched cohort. The incidence of intellectual disability and learning disorders was higher among offspring of mothers who use cannabis in pregnancy, although less statistically robust. We emphasize a cautious interpretation of these findings given the likelihood of residual confounding.

Crime lab scandal rocked Kamala Harris’s term as San Francisco district attorney

 

San Francisco-Kamala D. Harris was this city’s top prosecutor, running to become California’s elected attorney general, when a scandal stunned her office and threatened to upend her campaign.

One of Harris’s top deputies had emailed a colleague that a crime lab technician had become “increasingly UNDEPENDABLE for testimony.” Weeks later, the technician allegedly took home cocaine from the lab, possibly tainting evidence and raising concerns about hundreds of cases.

 

Deborah Madden was one of three lab workers. Madden later admitted that “she had taken some cocaine salt from the lab for personal use,” according to her attorney’s sentencing memorandum. She pleaded no contest to the state’s cocaine possession charge, which was removed from her record after she completed a drug-treatment program, according to her lawyer, Paul DeMeester. Madden declined to comment. 

 

During the three months after Woo’s email, Harris’s office prosecuted cases that relied on crime lab testing, but defense attorneys were not told that evidence might have been tainted or that Woo had questioned the credibility of a key prosecution witness. 

 

Neither Harris nor the prosecutors working for her had informed defense attorneys of the problems — despite rules requiring such disclosure. Harris “failed to disclose information that clearly should have been disclosed,” Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo wrote in a scathing decision in May 2010.

 

Massullo said in her ruling that when Woo wrote the email, “individuals at the highest levels of the District Attorney’s Office knew that Madden was not a dependable witness.” The judge did not name the individuals. 

 

Massullo put the blame directly on Harris. In her ruling, she excoriated the district attorney for having “failed to disclose Madden’s criminal record, her suspension, and information relating to her ability to perform her work as a lab criminalist.” 

Harris, asked why her office had not developed a written Brady policy after six years in office, said she had been working on it for two years but had not completed it due to complications over who had access to police personnel information.  

 

Harris’s opponent in the Democratic primary for attorney general, former Facebook general counsel Chris Kelly, said at the time that the ruling showed Harris had “systematically violated defendants’ civil and constitutional rights” because her office hid “damaging information about a police drug lab technician and was indifferent to demands that it account for its failings.”

 

A review of the case, based on court records and interviews with key players, presents a portrait of Harris scrambling to manage a crisis that her staff saw coming but for which she was unprepared.

It also shows how Harris, after six years as district attorney, had failed to put in place written guidelines for ensuring that defendants were informed about potentially tainted evidence and testimony that could lead to unfair convictions.

 

One of the most important players in the case was Jeff Adachi, the city’s elected public defender, who was at odds with the way Harris handled the scandal.

 

“When all that happened, I think she was slow to respond,” Adachi said, while not blaming Harris directly. Some of the attorneys in Harris’s office “knew it was a problem and never informed us, the defense, that there was a problem with this.”

Adachi spoke at his office in an hour-long interview with The Post nine days before he died on Feb. 22.

 

“We held a press conference and publicized the fact that all this misconduct was occurring, and I immediately said, ‘This is going to result in dismissal of hundreds of cases,’ ” Adachi said in the interview.

“Her response was something like, ‘Yeah, this might affect a dozen cases.’ Right away, I knew this is much bigger, and you know as it happened, we got over a thousand cases dismissed.”

I can't speak for other anons but after that post was made and for months after, many months, I checked to see if any staff from that hospital had died or made some post about being fired and couldn't find any. That doesn't prove anything of course but I would think that leaking such a huge thing would be immediate destruction of that person. Unfortunately they never added anything else and all that we have is that vague post so we will never know the truth of it.

 

One thing we do know for 100% is that the clock is running out if something is going to happen. The original plan for POTUS had to be to get rid of these internal troublemakers before his first term ended I would think because they would never want to risk an election where they know how the Dems have routinely cheated. So unless something happens very soon I am deeply concerned about how this plays out.

17 [Q] THE UNKNOWN WHO SWAYED THE SIGNERS OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

Faced with the death penalty for high treason, courageous men debated

long before they picked up the quill pen to sign the parchment

that declared the independence of the colonies from the mother country.

For many hours they had debated in the State House at Philadelphia,

with the lower chamber doors locked and a guard posted–when suddenly a voice rang out

from the balcony. A burst of eloquence to the keynote,"God has given America to be free!"

ended with the delegates rushing forward to sign. … The American patriots

then turned to express their gratitude to the unknown speaker. The speaker was not

in the balcony; he was not to be found anywhere. How he entered and left

the locked and guarded room is not known. No one knows to this day who he was.
