Here is my take on this. (I am not a practicing toxicologist, but I have a MS in forensic toxicology) and I think that they overcharged this cop with murder because there is almost no way that charge holds if any "decent" lawyer gets in there with this tox report.

And I think they KNOW that this cop will walk against a murder charge and they are counting on more riots when that happens.

This is a LETHAL combination. Fentanyl alone would be enough for reasonable doubt - but all this?? He was a dead man walking. Add in that new bodycam vid and this cop is gonna walk.

This whole thing makes no sense at all.
