Corrupt Atlanta DA Paul Howard WIPED OUT in Election After Charging Police Officer with Murder in Rayshard Brooks Death

Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. announced charges in June in the death of Rayshard Brooks at a Wendy’s restaurant in Atlanta.

Brooks was killed by police after driving under the influence, resisting arrest, wrestling with the police, punching one officer in the face, stealing the officer’s taser and then firing on the arresting officers.

DA Howard, Jr. said officials spoke to three witnesses and reviewed eight videos of the attempted arrest and shooting.

Eleven charges were announced including felony murder by the officer involved in the shooting of Rayshard Brooks.

And then he added this: Rayshard Brooks was never notified he was under arrest(?)

DA Howard said Brooks was calm and cordial!

He must have watched the wrong video.

DA Howard charged the officer who shot Brooks with felony murder and other charges.

Howard conducted a theatrical press conference announcing criminal charges before the Georgia Bureau of Investigation completed an investigation of the shooting. He then audaciously used images from the shooting in his re-election campaign advertisements.

But DA Paul Howard is not without scandal.

The Fulton County District Attorney is under investigation for funneling at least $140,000 in Atlanta funds to supplement his own salary.

On Tuesday Fani Willis defeated Paul Howard with nearly 73 percent of the vote.

Major Belarus manufacturers including auto-giant BelAZ hit by strikes as anti-govt protests keep rattling the country

Workers at some of Belarus’ biggest manufacturers, including automaker BelAZ, have called for strikes to protest over the results of a controversial election and subsequent crackdown on opposition by the country’s government.

A group of BelAZ workers staged a protest at the company plant near the capital Minsk, a Sputnik correspondent reported from the scene. They wanted the entire plant to go on a strike in response to a continued crackdown on anti-government activists in Belarus. Others gathered for a separate rally outside the plant to support the demonstration of the workers.

Footage of the rally showed dozens of angry demonstrators decrying the violence used by Belarusian law enforcement against anti-government protesters. They chanted “Go away!” – a slogan directed by the opposition at the country’s freshly re-elected president.

Management at BelAZ downplayed the protest, saying it amounted to nothing more than a meeting between them and the workers, who wanted their demands to be heard.

France Deploys Jets, Warship To East Mediterranean Amid Turkey Gas Tensions

France is getting more deeply involved against Turkey's eastern Mediterranean ambitions for expanded oil and gas exploration, reportedly sending fighter jets and a naval frigate near Cyprus in order to contest Turkey encroachment on EU members' territorial waters.

Cypriot media has confirmed that so far two French Rafale fighter jets and a C-130H support plane have landed at a base on the island, with international media noting Paris is further deploying the naval frigate 'Lafayette' to the region.

President Emmanuel Macron announced via a Twitter statement Wednesday: "I have decided to temporarily reinforce the French military presence in the eastern Mediterranean in the coming days, in cooperation with European partners, including Greece."

Earlier this week Turkey conducted its own military drills near Greek waters, off some of Greece's easternmost islands, at a moment Erdogan confirmed the Oruc Reis seismic exploration ship had been dispatched with a military escort.

Macron had previously slammed Turkey's expansionist claims, which mostly relies on interpreting waters around all of Cyprus as its own - given its claims over the so-called Turkish Republic of Cyprus - as an act of "unilateral" prospecting.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has hailed France's military backing after long urging the EU to take more proactive action against Turkey's energy exploration ambitions. "Emmanuel Macron is a true friend of Greece and a fervent defender of European values and international law," Mitsotakis tweeted in French after a phone call with Macron.

Meanwhile on Thursday Greece and France are holding joint military drills near Crete.

It's being widely interpreted as a clear "message" to Turkey of just how serious Macron is in backing Greece's sovereignty over its territorial waters.

Chinese State Media Applauds Kamala Harris: She ‘Punished Criminals Ruthlessly’

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) media breathlessly applauded the selection of Kamala Harris as the Democrat Party’s vice presidential nominee, with a Global Times editorial on Thursday celebrating her for having a Chinese name and supposedly being tough on crime.

The Chinese paper also echoed Democrat talking points by suggesting criticism of Harris will be founded in racism and sexism.

The Global Times’ thoughts on racial and sexual politics would sound familiar to any consumer of left-leaning U.S. media:

Harris has been chosen based on the following considerations. First, the agenda of race is key. Since US President Donald Trump took office, the issue of race in the US has intensified greatly with wild polarization. In this case, the Democratic Party’s image as a minority representative plays an important role consolidating its campaign.

Harris is blessed with multiple characteristics of ethnic minorities. She has a Chinese name, He Jinli, which makes it easier to attract the support of Chinese voters, some of whom used to be in favor of the Republican Party because of the Democratic Party’s policies on education and other issues. Harris’ mother is from India and her father is an African American from Jamaica. Thus, she has the characteristics of major ethnic minorities. All these make her a symbol of multicultural integration in the US.

Chinese media usually tries to parrot the narratives it sees in U.S. mainstream media publications, with a dark twist that serves the CCP’s interests, such as stoking racial resentments in the U.S., or treating American social issues as if they were human rights violations on par with China’s concentration camps and Hong Kong crackdown.

Sometimes the Chinese editorialists do not understand all the nuances of what they’re parroting, which leads to amusing sentences like this one, from Thursday’s Global Times editorial: “Biden is often regarded as a moderate politician and thus is often ridiculed by his opponents. By contrast, Harris has always been known for being tough in her political career.”

The Global Times was enthused by Harris supposedly being a tough prosecutor – another claim whose nuances the CCP does not understand, given the questions raised about Harris failing to prosecute sexual abuse cases against priests and jailing minor drug offenders with an enthusiasm her party’s base finds unseemly:

When she was California’s attorney-general, Harris punished criminality ruthlessly, regardless of the suspect’s racial background. As a senator, she held a key committee position and made outstanding performances in the fight against Trump. When she competed with Biden for the Democratic Party’s presidential candidacy, she also showed an aggressive attitude. Harris’ toughness is what Biden lacks. A mild and mature man with a young and aggressive woman constitutes a perfect match.

This is the beginning of what will probably become a major Chinese narrative about the Democrat ticket: Harris is tough on crime, just like Beijing. The Chinese government often justifies its most oppressive actions as simple law enforcement, reining in hooligans, protecting state security from dangerous subversives, and so forth.

The Global Times concluded that there might be a few problems with the Harris pick, but only because white Americans are racist.

“Although Harris has minority characteristics, the question of her appeal to ‘Middle America’ and identity politics looms. Some white voters may strengthen their sense of identity as the ethnic majority and distance themselves from the Democratic Party. This means that identity politics will be more prominent in the 2020 election. In the long run, political polarization based on ethnic identity is likely to become more wide-ranging in the U.S.,” the Chinese paper predicted.

Pelosi on Coronavirus Relief: ‘Everything I Do Is About the Children’ — ‘I Have Advice for Them Whether They Want It or Not’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Thursday discussed the stalled economic relief talks in Congress.

Pelosi said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that President Donald Trump has stood in the Democrats’ way as they want to have vote-by-mail and safely reopen schools in the fall. She added that everything she does “is about the children,” and she has “advice” for children, “whether they want it or not.”

“If we’re going to educate our children, we have to have the facts in terms of what is needed, and they’re rejecting the expert recommendations of the American Association of Superintendents of Schools,” Pelosi emphasized, later adding, “It’s about the children.”

“Let me just say this … you know everything I do is about the children,” she continued. “You know, having five children of my own, nine grandchildren, I worry about everybody’s children in America, of course. I have advice for them whether they want it or not. And one of the things that is so terrible is in this epidemic because we’re saying we have to assault the virus, we have to defeat the virus, contain the virus, stop the spread, and that means we have to have testing, tracing, treatment, masks, spacing, all the rest of it. And we especially have to look into the minority community, which is suffering an undue disproportionate impact of this virus. Think of this: a Hispanic child is eight times more likely to be hospitalized with the virus than other children. Eight times. An African-American child is five times more likely to be hospitalized from the virus than other children. I mean, this is a challenge to our conscience. But, again, they refuse to face the gravity of the situation and listen to scientists and tell us what we need to do. And with their school money that they have, they want to spend the overwhelming bulk of it, in only schools that open up.”

UK: 449 Babies Sexually Abused in Past Year, Child Sex Crimes up 57 Per Cent in Five Years

Sexual crimes against children in the United Kingdom are up 57 per cent over five years ago, with a shocking 449 babies sexually abused, according to figures revealed by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).

British police forces recorded 73,518 sexual offences against children in 2019/20, including rape, online grooming, and sexual assault, meaning that there was an average of 200 crimes against children per day.

The NSPCC report found that girls were four times as likely to be victims as boys.

There were 8,000 sexual crimes committed against 14-year-olds — the highest of any specific age — and 12,374 committed against children under the age of ten. Most disturbingly, some 449 sex crime were recorded against babies that had yet to reach their first birthday.

The figures are likely to be much higher in reality, however, as the Greater Manchester Police force failed to provide data for the report.

The CEO of the NSPCC, Peter Wanless said: “The crisis of child sexual abuse is not going away and behind these figures are thousands of children and young people who have reported crimes that can have a devastating impact on their lives.”

“Urgent action is needed to prevent abuse and to ensure children are supported to recover when they bravely speak out,” Wanless added.

“We need concerted leadership from governments across the UK to implement strategies on tackling child sexual abuse that put the experiences and needs of children at their heart and are effective in preventing abuse and helping young people recover,” he concluded

Judge rejects Ghislaine Maxwell's latest request to delay unsealing of explosive court docs after her legal team claimed they unearthed 'critical new information'

A judge has shot down Ghislaine Maxwell's latest attempt to delay the unsealing of potentially explosive documents on Wednesday after her legal team claimed they had discovered 'critical new information' that would impact both her criminal sex trafficking case and her civil defamation case.

New York judge Loretta Preska denied Maxwell's request, writing in a two-page order that Maxwell 'knows, her ipse dixit does not provide compelling grounds for relief', using the Latin term that means making an assertion without proof.

On Monday night, the former British socialite had attempted to delay the unsealing of documents pertaining to a defamation suit brought against her by Jeffrey Epstein's 'sex slave' Virginia Roberts Giuffre in 2015.

Her legal team did not go into detail about what they may have discovered - only disclosing they learned of the information last Friday and that it was subject to a court protective order.

Judge Preska had already ordered a trove of court papers unsealed last month and there will be more documents unsealed in the coming weeks as nonparties and parties in the papers are given due process to object to the unsealing.

The 58-year-old had fought tooth and nail to keep the recent documents under seal, especially her deposition and that of a Jane Doe's. In a flurry of last-minute filings, she managed to keep the bombshell depositions secret for a bit longer.

Nigel Farage has slammed the mainstream media for failing to report on some 5,000 south Londoners who descended on a small coastal town and rioted, took drugs, and injured police officers, over fears of inflaming cultural sensitivities.

On Sunday, local media reported police responded to calls of a “beach cookout” at Greatstone near New Romney, Kent. Numbers swelled as the day progressed, with no social distancing being observed and few masks in sight, if any.

Mass gatherings of more than 30 people are still illegal under coronavirus regulations — although these have been enforced very selectively since the Black Lives Matter unrest spread across the Atlantic.

Local families complained of being driven off the beach by the visitors, who were later reported to be drinking, taking drugs, and playing loud music in contravention of regional rules on temporary entertainment events.

As evening descended, more out-of-towners came, with reports of street brawls and locals being “locked in their houses, terrified”. Tensions were inflamed at around 9 p.m. when police tried to bring the situation under control, resulting in four officers being injured. Video circulated on social media even showed one officer being hit by a car.

Regional BBC news described the event as being for “underprivileged London youth”, and was organised by Croydon jerk eatery Flavour Boss. The restaurant’s owner, Wayne Williams, had organised three coaches to take some 200 16- to 24-year-olds 75 miles to the Kent coast, but that details of the event had been leaked on social media, resulting in thousands more attending.

Mr Williams claimed that people’s reaction to “black people on the beach” was “racist”.

Migrant Who Raped Child over 100 Times Avoids Deportation from Sweden

A Swedish court of appeal has overruled the deportation order of a migrant convicted for raping a child more than 100 times.

The migrant man was initially convicted of rape and sexual abuse against children and sentenced to 12 years, with the child he abused being just ten years old when the three-year-long abuse began.

The appeals court has ruled that while the man is guilty of raping the child, his case did not meet the requirements of exceptional reasons to deport him from the country as the previous court had ruled. The prosecutor in the case has appealed the new decision and has demanded the man be deported.

According to a press release from the public prosecutor’s office, the man has lived in Sweden for around 22 years, which was given as the reason he should not be expelled.

Earlier this week in Kristinehamn, another migrant, a Syrian, was arrested in connection to a rape case. However, due to the fact he became a citizen just months before, he is also unlikely to ever be deported.

Charlie Weimers, a member of the populist Sweden Democrats, commented on the case, saying: “This shows why the legislation needs to be amended so that a much longer period is required before someone can obtain citizenship. And also why a decision on citizenship should be provisional for the first five years.”

Earlier this month the Göta Court of Appeal overturned the child rape conviction of another migrant, an Afghan national. The court stated that there was not enough evidence to say without a doubt the migrant knew the girl he had sex with was only 13.

The ruling came despite the fact the migrant had ordered a bus ticket for the girl and put in her correct age. He claimed he put the age to get a discount on the pass and that it was mere coincidence that it happened to be her true age.

As a result of the ruling, this migrant also avoided deportation.

Child Sex Trafficking in Hollywood: Actor Goes Online Revealing Shocking Allegations

In a shocking video, American film actor and producer John Paul Rice sent an alarming message about child sex trafficking in Hollywood and urged viewers to take action to end violations which, according to him, are not accidental in the entertainment industry.

In his 39-minute Instagram live video about a week ago, Paul Rice revealed that Amazon has removed his film "A Child's Voice" even though it has been on the website for a year and a half. The independent producer explained that Amazon's response was a typical one that didn't address the content of the film, and rather cited "constant changes on the platform."

The 2018 feature film addresses human trafficking, particularly incidents targeting children and teenagers.

According to Paul Rice, his movie highlighted global pedophile networks that "sell kids back and forth to each other, trading them like candy, and it goes right through Hollywood." He also refers to a Dailybeast article that exposes the relationship between disgraced moguls Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein in terms of sex trafficking, from which the stories of his film "A Child's Voice" have been derived.

Paul Rice asked his followers to help him find alternative platforms to release the movie and "have it watched by as many people as possible" in order for the message to get across to the public.
