Myron Berryman Identified As Suspect In Shooting Near White House That Interrupted President Trump’s Press Conference
The suspect who was involved in a shooting outside the White House Monday was identified as 51-year-old Myron Berryman.
The shooting happened at 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue — outside the White House gates — while President Donald Trump was holding a news conference.
Berryman is in stable condition in the hospital, a law enforcement source told.
Reached at her Englewood home Tuesday, Sonya Hemmelgarn, Berryman’s sister, said, “We are still trying to figure out what is going on and how my brother is doing.”
A background check purchased by the Dayton Daily News shows that Berryman previously lived in Dayton, and then later in Maryland and Wheeling, West Virginia.
Before the shooting, Berryman had been shouting that he was going to kill people, according to the officials familiar with the matter.
While in Dayton, Berryman was a professional boxer from 2000-2004 with a record of 3-11. He was listed at 6′3 and was a heavyweight boxer. His last match was at Morgantown, West Virginia in 2004.

Agree. But the headline is true in that he did say he absolutely endorsed her, and that was doubling down on his support since he is confirming that he still does support her.
