That's right that is what I was remembering.
I was searching it because I seen this twitter post last night about current hurricanes that are forming. I realized that we are not far from what would be the letter Q. They don't use the letter Q in the names though and the 17th storm will actually start with an R. Made me wonder if this is the storm we are waiting for before POTUS makes his tweet.
