It sounds like these people were/are trying to take over the ocean. It’s like a major “land grab”. Currently no one person owns the ocean but the terramar project is trying to issue “Passports” and also sell “ownership”. If an organization succeeded in convincing (or blackmailing) the governments of the world to allow this: every nation/person would be at the mercy of this org. I’d imagine they would be entitled to a “tax” for transporting goods and services (I would love to have that type of revenue) Also they would have the say on if a Navy can operate on “their” waters. I could be way off course or barely scratching the surface.

Also I doubt human trafficking would draw the same amount of revenue as being able to “tax” every nations imports/exports

The nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance must comply in order to win back a multimillion-dollar research grant, according to the Journal.

The nonprofit searches for warning signs of animal viruses that could cause human outbreaks. The group has worked with the Wuhan lab since 2004.

According to a July 8 letter from NIH, obtained by The Wall Street Journal, EcoHealth Alliance must provide a sample of the new coronavirus the Wuhan researchers used to determine its genetic sequence.

The nonprofit also has to arrange for an inspection of the Wuhan Institute of Virology by an outside team. That team would look at the facility's lab and records "with specific attention to addressing the question of whether WIV staff had SARS-CoV-2 in their possession prior to December 2019," the U.S. health-research agency's letter stated.

"The NIH has received reports that the Wuhan Institute of Virology . . . has been conducting research at its facilities in China that pose serious bio-safety concerns," the letter, which was signed by Michael Lauer, the NIH deputy director for extramural research, states.

"We have concerns that WIV has not satisfied safety requirements under the award, and that EcoHealth Alliance hasn't satisfied its obligations to monitor" its partner to ensure it has complied with regulations regarding the use of the grant money, the letter added.

While cities across the country are rallying for defunded police departments, Houston leadership decided to go in a different direction– Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo has sent a message to laid off officers, telling them to come to Houston.

Acevedo told Fox 26 that the new program would make it easier for qualified out-of-state police officers to transfer and serve in Houston. This program could involve a 10-week academy course, instead of 6 months.

Acevedo's announcement comes after the city of Austin decided to slash almost a third of its police budget. According to Fox 26, Austin City Council unanimously voted to cut roughly $150 million from Austin’s Police Department.

Russia to test 'Sputnik V' COVID-19 vaccine in 40K human subjects

In a study from April 2020, in 68 healthy donors never exposed to COVID-19, 34% had T cells that reacted to SARS-CoV-2.

The climate Grant created while leading the 50th Space Wing at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado was described as "tyrannical" and "toxic," by rank-and-file members and leaders alike. That's according to a 122-page Air Force Inspector General report on Grant's time leading the command from June 2017 to June 2019.

Investigators interviewed more than 60 witnesses, according to the report obtained by Military.com. The inspector general substantiated three complaints made about Grant: that she created an unhealthy work environment, failed to treat people with dignity and respect, and improperly accepted a gift from a subordinate.

The team tasked with investigating Grant's behavior while leading the 50th Space Wing described the conditions she set for her subordinates as "the worst seen in 20 years.
