That racist Virginia health official declaring he will force vaccinate all persons, is referred to as 'Dr. Norman Oliver' in most articles, some use 'M. Norman Oliver'. Interesting, because his name is actually Mohammed Norman Oliver. For some reason, few sites use his actual name.

Heroes…the racist Virginia health official considers protesters to be "heroes". He wants to force vaccinate the population, but apparently has no concern for large groups of protesters spreading the virus. This ridiculous contradiction should nullify his intended mandate.
"Like so many Virginians, Dr. M. Norman Oliver has kept a vigilant watch over the protests against racial injustice both in Virginia and across the nation. Just like the front-line health providers, he said he sees the demonstrators as "heroes" for helping others without much concern for their own well-being.
"In the same way that other people put themselves in a situation where they might have heightened exposure to COVID-19 but do so to help others, that we consider them to be heroes, it's the same thing here," Oliver said. "I think the people who've been demonstrating against police violence and for racial justice are doing the same thing."
