For reasons of operational security and the power of Human imaginings we can neither confirm nor deny this.

What we can say is that the one you knew as JFK left a legacy for the peoples of the land you call America.

 

Question: Is Q a real person, a group of people, or artificial intelligence?

All three and yet a fourth aspect also.

The Intelligence known to your peoples as Q is a person: as in, one person who oversees the program.

It is also a group: as in, there are many individuals involved in the program, or also one could percieve the group as military and the creations which proceeded from that which you know as intelligence agencies, specifically the scientific arms thereof.

Artificial intelligence is the means by which the element that is Q reaches the peoples.

The fourth aspect is that which the letter Q stands for.

We speak of the word 'Quantum'.

 

Question: Is Q broadcasting from off-world, as in another planet, or another timeline?

One aspect to the phenomenon you know as Qanon is indeed broadcasting from another world or timeline.

We would refer to the location of this broadcast as a Point In Time, outside of or beyond linear time.

It is the quantum technology that is used to bridge the communication between linear and nonlinear time.

The quantum computer is what we would refer to as super-advanced artificial intelligence.

Yet this is the very same 'technology' that psychics such as yourself use to communicate with us!

This is organic technology, primarily that which you know as the pineal gland.

Because this is organic, its potential reach is far further beyond/into space and time than the artificial intelligence can reach.
