right on schedule
Where's the backstory? What exactly was he trying to bring to light and why would he not just say it on air since he was going down?
Insurance doesn't cover suicide. I'd be interested to read where this is covered in 'state' policies related to the office particularly when one is found guilty of crime within that office.
I'm all for clearing a man's name posthumously especially if he was doing something valiant. Better late than never.
Something I've just learned about forgiveness of someone you determine evil or hate is to alter the outcome for the positive. It's counter to human/carnal mind which is why this is a divine action. Pray for your enemies. It's easy to pray for those you like/love, it's beyond human nature to pray for enemies and forgive them while their actions still are perceived as evil. This does something beyond our capacity to comprehend fully but it will also free the mind heart and flow of the one forgiving and praying, while it flips the script of the one being prayed for.
Multi-millionaire California Gov. Gavin Newsom did NOT take COVID pay cut he promised three months ago when he slashed state workers' salaries by 10 percent and is still collecting $17,479-a month
Newsom is the second highest paid governor in America on a salary of $210,000
After taxes, he takes home $17,479 every month from his government job alone
He also makes millions from his collection of wineries, wine stores and nightclubs
In May, he vowed to take a paycut like everyone else when he slashed wages by 10 percent
His office say it was an 'oversight' that it never actually happened and that he'll now ask to have his pay retroactively docked

Newsom and his wife have made millions from his wineries, wine stores and her entertainment company.
He enjoyed early investment in his wine businesses from Gordon Getty, of the famed Getty family, and his private wealth has always been a talking point for political opponents.
PlumJack Group, which owns his wineries and some of his wine stores, took a PPE loan at the height of the pandemic worth $150,000 and $350,000.
He claimed before he took office that he'd stepped away from the operations of his businesses, and that they were being operated by a friend.
'You would have to ask the people that are running those businesses,' he said at the time. Newsom's wife Jennifer Siebel Newsom is an actress and business owner.
According to the documents reviewed by the Bee, State Controller Betty Yee was the only elected state official to take a pay cut.
'Millions of Californians have lost their jobs, and our state continues to reel from a pandemic-induced recession.
'State workers absorbed a pay cut to help balance the budget.
It is important to me to make the same sacrifice as my team,' she said.
Newsom vowed to slash his own pay along with that of state workers in May, when he proposed a new budget to reflect the gaping deficit left by COVID-19.

Bitching that Trumps unemployment order would cost CA 700M a week. He's wiggling out of paying the 25% share. That's going to go over well.
