Anon thinks likely something floating by onboard the ISS behind the camera and reflecting in the viewport glass. Sorry to be a party pooper. But I just don't buy it. Not this one. So many old faked UFO photos were done this way. Not saying the Cosmonaut did this deliberately either. He could have just fooled himself. Or he could be pranking everybody. He was shooting a time lapse at one frame per second when this was captured.
