The person who rushed him (backpack) almost got the weapon away from him as he ran over him but as he tries to run it appears that he gets shot and falls to the pavement. Didn't see any discharge from the AR as you see shortly afterwards when the shooter hits that fuck in the arm. Almost looks like an accident.

Where are the Militias in these areas? There are none in Michigan, Oregon. Washington? Law and Order could be restore quite quickly if those guys took to the streets.
