I hear you anon. I still haven't heard the truth about the shooting which BEGAN all this protesting. All I saw is the daylight footage of police responding to a domestic dispute call. But they responded in force with at least five cops approaching the victim near his parked vehicle. All I can figure is that he either attempted or looked like he attempted to pull a handgun from his person or from his vehicle. Why else would multiple cops fire multiple shots into his back? The only thing that makes sense is that the domestic dispute call must have warned about a possible weapon and that caused the cops to be on their triggers. Just the worst type of shooting on the heels of the Floyd death.

Boris Johnson and 'Gay Conversion Therapy', OK… Northern Ireland’s Core Issues Trust is in Boris Johnson’s sights as he seeks to outlaw gay conversion therapy. The group’s Mike Davidson explains to RT the work it actually does, and why he thinks the PM is wrong.

Gay ‘conversion therapy’ is a controversial subject. The notion that people can change their sexual desires or orientations has been lambasted by LGBT organisations, and branded medieval and barbaric. Last month, Boris Johnson labelled the practice “absolutely abhorrent.”

The prime minister said he wanted to prohibit the practice – following a yet-to-be conducted review – during an interview he gave to BBC News in July. He said: “On the gay conversion therapy thing, I think that’s absolutely abhorrent and has no place in a civilised society, and has no place in this country. What we are going to do is a study right now on, you know, where is this actually happening, how prevalent is it, and we will then bring forward plans to ban it.”

Earlier this month, the BBC conducted an interview with a man called Gareth, who underwent this therapy with a group called the Core Issues Trust. The trust is headed up by Mike Davidson, a therapist who claims to be able to help people rid themselves of unwanted sexual attraction. The techniques the Trust uses are a far cry from the appalling methods associated with conversion attempts in the past, such as electrocution. But nevertheless, in the BBC report, Gareth, a trained doctor, paints a painful picture of his experience with the therapy – something Mr Davidson contests.

To find out more about what exactly it is the Core Issues Trust offers and does, RT spoke with Mr Davidson, a South African psychotherapist who lives and works in Co. Down, Northern Ireland. He rejects the term ‘conversion therapy’ and claims that there is little difference between what he does and other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy. Davidson says that he explores people’s “sexual fluidity” and aims to help them align their behaviours with their values, rather than the other way around. It is a controversial position that is strongly resisted by LGBT organisations, and also rejected by all the UK therapy governing bodies…

A guy in white pants tries to kick the shooter in the face, but he has to abort because the shooter shot right where he would have been had he followed through. Someone comes in from the left side of the frame with a skateboard and is about to hit him with the skateboard when he is shot in mid-swing and his swing falters and he takes a few steps and falls face down, possibly instant fatality. Someone in shorts is charging in from the right when he sees the shooter has a bead on him and he puts up his hands. Then he sees that the shooter is working the bolt, possibly to eject a bad cartridge, and begins to dive at the shooter, who recovers and shoots the attacker, apparently in the face. The guy in shorts runs off back the way he came, yelling "Medic!" Then after that it's hard to tell who is shooting, but there is definitely some sort of crossfire. In other words, those who began to notice the peculiarity of the tests for the virus, and how they might be used to (1) collect human DNA, and (2) possibly covertly insert things into people's nasal cavity, may have had a point, and then some.

Again, assuming this to be true, and given the vast amount of "positive" tests, are we really witnessing "false positives" that are, in fact, genuine in the sense that the patient is being shown to be human? And is this why there is such an emphasis on testing everyone?

Years ago, at the Secret Space Program conference of 2015 in Bastrop Texas, I offered the idea that the sudden rise of DNA testing corporations that will, through genetics, "show your ancestral history" might be a covert way of searching for people that look fully homo sapiens sapiens, but aren't.

The only way to determine whether or not such a population exists among us ala the old late 1960's science-fiction TV show, The Invaders, would be to test for genetics. So why put a primer for a virus into a virus test that, essentially, is common to all humans, and then insist that everyone get tested? It might be exactly what one might do in order to search for such a population. This isn't to say that the virus is not real, and that positive tests are ipso facto suspicious. It is to suggest that maybe, under the guise of the planscamdemic, they're really looking for something, or rather, someone else. And it might be that this is an underlying reason why the numbers "cases" as a percentage of the population appears to be so high, while actual deaths as a percentage of population appears to be so low.

If that sounds already off-the-end-of-the-speculation-twig, it is to be sure. But there's an even worse implication, and this is where is gets completely crazy, because it might mean "testing negative" could be interpreted by the wilder and crazier sort, as testing not negative for the virus, but negative for humanity. In this regard, my mention of the old The Invaders TV series was not accidental, but to a purpose.

The series, for those who do not know, starred actor Roy Thinnes, who accidentally discovers the "aliens among us", who looks, walk, talk, and in all but very minor respects resemble humans, as they slowly take over the world through a process of infiltration. Thinnes' character - "architect David Vincent", an apt name for a small human trying to triumph over the covert "alien Goliath" - then spends the series trying to collect evidence and names of other witnesses to persuade the government to take action. Interestingly enough, Chris Carter, producer of the later aliens-among-us series, The X Files, in a master-stroke of TV esoterica had Thinnes star in a few episodes in the reverse role, playing one of those aliens-among-us.

But in any case, in the original Invaders series, Thinnes' character shows up at the trial of a friend being accused of murdering a man, who it turns out, was one of those aliens-in-disguise, leading to the premise of "the alien defense" as the defense team, at Thinnes' encouragement, argues that the murder was not murder because a human being had not been killed, neatly sidestepping the moral issue of how it is not murder when a thinking, rational intelligence being like us in all respects except DNA is dead at someone else's hand.

A giant explosion occurs during the loading of fertilizer onto the freighter Grandcamp at a pier in Texas City, Texas, on April 16, 1947. Nearly 600 people lost their lives and thousands were injured when the ship was literally blown to bits.

Ammonium nitrate was used as an explosive by the U.S. Army in World War II and, after the war ended, production of the chemical continued as its use as a fertilizer became accepted. However, the precautions used in its transport became far more lax in the post-war years

Some water and an extinguisher were used to fight the fire, but hoses were not employed for fear of ruining the cargo; there were already 2,300 tons loaded on the ship. While the ammunition was removed from the ship, the crew attempted to restrict oxygen to the hold in hopes of putting out the fire. Apparently they did not realize that because of ammonium nitrate’s chemical composition, it does not require oxygen in order to burn.

By 9 a.m., flames had erupted from the hold and within minutes it exploded. The blast was heard 150 miles away and was so powerful that the ship’s 1.5- ton anchor was found two miles away. The force of the explosion lifted another ship right out of the water. People working at the docks were killed instantly.

In all, 581 people died and 3,500 were injured. The explosion caused $100 million in damages. A long-disputed court case over the cause of the blast was resolved when Congress granted compensation to 1,394 victims. They received a total of $17 million in 1955. The port was rebuilt to handle oil products only.

Missing Fort Hood soldier Elder Fernandes' body found in Texas, police say

The body of Sgt. Elder Fernandes, a Massachusetts native who went missing from the U.S. Army’s Fort Hood base in Texas more than a week ago, was found Tuesday evening, police said.

“Our worst nightmare has happened,” the family’s attorney, Natalie Khawam, said in a statement. “One of our own, Sergeant Elder Fernandes has been found dead today. We are sickened by this tragedy that has happened one too many times. We are heartbroken for Elder Fernandes’s family.”

Khawam said Army police told family members about the discovery late Tuesday night.

Fernandes’ backpack was with him, Khawam said, and police found the 23-year-old man’s driver’s license inside.

The Temple Police Department said it responded to a medical call along railroad tracks about 28 miles from the Fort Hood base, at about 5:36 p.m. Tuesday after a person reported seeing a man near the tracks.

“Upon officers’ arrival, it was determined that the subject had been deceased for some period of time,” the department said in its statement.

Identification found at the scene indicates the deceased victim is Fernandes, but police say no forensic confirmation has been made yet.

Police say there does not appear to be any foul play involved in Fernandes’ death at this time.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fernandes family during this challenging time,” Temple Police Chief Shawn Reynolds said.

Fernandes, 23, a 2015 graduate of Brockton High School and a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division Sustainment Brigade, was last seen by members of his unit on Aug. 17 at a residence in Killeen, Texas.

When Fernandes didn’t report to work the next day, the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command opened an investigation and commenced a search. Fernandes’ mother, brother and aunt flew to Texas to assist in the search.

The Army said “information gathered from fellow soldiers so far” led officials to believe Fernandes “may have left Fort Hood on his own accord.”

But family members have disputed that.

“We NEVER said or believe that Fernandes left on his own without saying anything to the family,” Isabel Fernandes wrote in a Sunday night Facebook post.

Khawam is calling for a Congressional investigation of Fort Hood in the wake of several disappearances of soldiers, including at least two that involved foul play.

“We will not stop until we find out what happened to Elder,” Khawam said in her statement. “We demand a Congressional Investigation of Ft. Hood. We must protect our soldiers! We demand Justice for Elder!”

The calls for an investigation come as Fernandes is the third Fort Hood soldier to go missing within the last year.

Spc. Vanessa Guillen, 20, went missing from Fort Hood in April. Her body was found in July. A fellow soldier, Aaron David Robinson, suspected in Guillen’s disappearance, killed himself, Army officials have said.

Pfc. Gregory Morales, 24, was reported missing from the base Aug. 20, 2019. His remains were found June 21 in a field in Killeen, near Fort Hood. Foul play is suspected in his death, which remains under investigation.

Khawam told The Enterprise Tuesday that the Fernandes family was speaking with the office of U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.

“We’d like to have her get involved and demand a congressional investigation of Fort Hood and how they have handled missing persons and deaths on the bases, especially when it comes to keeping military families in the dark,” Khawam said. “They have continuously evaded questions. We don’t want the Army investigating itself.”

Officials had said there was an “open investigation of abusive sexual contact” involving Elder Fernandes, and that he had been transferred to another unit after reporting sexual abuse.

“The unit sexual assault response coordinator has been working closely with Sgt. Fernandes, ensuring he was aware of all his reporting, care, and victim advocacy options,” said Fort Hood public affairs officer Lt. Col. Chris Brautigam.

Brautigam said Fernandes had been transferred “to ensure he received the proper care and ensure there were no opportunities for reprisals.”

On the topic of Goodyear…

I was rewatching a David Wynn Miller video about flag law, their different dimensions and meanings etc, which led me to rewatch a related video about how, thanks to Wynn-Miller's efforts, the republic was saved from the NWO. Video attached.

One thing that stood out, at the timestamp in the vid i linked, is that he named Goodyear as one of the main proponents of the Cabal who tried to oust Roosevelt back in 1933 alongside Prescott Bush, JP Morgan, and Remington.

Given that Remington filed for bankruptcy protection at the end of July, is the timing of Trump's recent call to boycott Goodyear a way to seed into the public psyche a possible Chapter 11 filing by Goodyear, too, in the not too distant future?

The timing of the Goodyear drama, hot on the heels of Remington's bankruptcy filing seems spoopy given that they were co-conspirators in a supposed plot to unseat Roosevelt in the NWO's formative years of power consolidation.

Riley Gale, who is best known as the lead singer of thrash metal band Power Trip, died Monday night at age 34. A cause of death was not immediately given.

Gale helped form the band in 2008. In 2009, their first EP Armageddon Blues was released and was followed up by another EP, Power Trip, two years later. The United States is set to execute Lezmond Mitchell, a convicted murderer and the only Native American on federal death row, on Wednesday, despite opposition from the Navajo Nation, which says the government is infringing tribal sovereignty.

Mitchell, a Navajo, is set to be killed with lethal injections of pentobarbital, a powerful barbiturate, at 6 p.m. in the Department of Justice's execution chamber in Terre Haute, Indiana.

His lawyers and Jonathan Nez, the Navajo Nation president, have asked U.S. President Donald Trump for clemency, and Mitchell has asked the U.S. District Court in Washington to delay the execution while this is considered.

On Tuesday night, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected his bid for a stay based on his lawyers' argument that racial bias may have tainted the jury at his trial.

Absent intervention, Mitchell, 38, will become the fourth man to be executed by the U.S. government this summer after an informal 17-year hiatus, which was caused in part by legal challenges to lethal injection protocols and difficulties obtaining deadly drugs.

Mitchell and an accomplice, Johnny Oslinger, were convicted of murdering a 9-year-old Navajo girl, Tiffany Lee, and her grandmother Alyce Slim in 2001 on the tribe's territory, which spans four states in the U.S. Southwest.

According to prosecutors, the men stabbed Slim more than 30 times, put the body in the backseat of her car alongside the granddaughter as they drove elsewhere before killing the girl later and decapitating both bodies.

Under the Major Crimes Act, the federal government has jurisdiction over certain major crimes occurring on Indian territory, including murder but usually cannot pursue capital punishment for a Native American for a crime on tribal land without the tribe's consent.

Navajo officials, along with other leaders of other tribes, have opposed the death penalty, including in Mitchell's case. But John Ashcroft, attorney general under then-President George W. Bush, overrode federal prosecutors in Arizona who said they would defer to the tribe's position against pursuing a capital case.

In what Mitchell's lawyers deride as a legal loophole, federal prosecutors successfully pursued a capital case against Mitchell for carjacking, a capital crime that is not among those listed in the Major Crimes Act.

I would have to agree with this. I am not a legalfag but, I did have a few years, dealing with a couple legal documents and the language used was, in my opinion, outrageous. I argued about the exact wording used and was told it had to be written in such a matter, to make the document absolutely legal and so there would be no misinterpretation and then grounds given for legal recourse.

It could not have been ammonium nitrate because when that blows up, the smoke is white. Correct answer: The smoke color from an ammonium nitrate blast is completely dependent on whatever was mixed with it to get it to explode. Additionally, if the freakishly impossible conditions are met to get it to explode without an oxidizer, you get nothing. The results are pathetic. Under those conditions (as stated in the MSM to be what happened) the smoke is white, not red. So it is partially correct, but not worth presenting. Here's a good one that might fool people: The cloud was water being thrown in the air, it was a harbor after all. It was not a nuke because there would have been an enormous flash at first. Correction: Only air bursts make the enormous flash. This was not an air burst. This was either set off in the warehouse or in the tunnels under the warehouse. This was a bomb that got smuggled in, I doubt a missile could have hit so precisely there would be no enormous flash. If it was set up in the warehouse, the flash would have been gone before the shock wave blew the roof off. The fireball would still be there, and we have a nice pic of that.

The fire beforehand proves this is just an explosion, everyone is nuts for crying nuke. Reality: Ventriloquism is an old art, the fire was the puppet and the nuke was the voice. Israel is not stupid, (actually, they were stupid) because when they set up the diversion they got everyone's attention, including someone who was able to get a high class SLR set up to record the blast with nuclear test site quality. That's a major OOPS, I am sure Israel did not factor that into their equation. The fire ball says it all. It did not even originate in the right place but with typical cell phone cams, no one would have caught that.

If it was a nuke, the grain silo would have been completely vanished. Not so. During the Trinity tests, objects that were very solid were placed very near the blast, including a big steel ball, and on the steel ball there was still paint afterward. Lots of nearby stuff was not totally blown away. Additionally, in real life Hiroshima, sturdy structures, including a church only 700 feet from ground zero, stayed standing. That grain silo was beyond sturdy, it was very robust and had materials inside it (that are now scattered all over in front of it after they spilled out) that provided even more support. In reality, the extent of the damage to that grain silo proves it was a nuke, there was a substantial distance between it and the blast and it still got amazingly destroyed. The crater, which was 200 meters across, actually indicates a 100 kiloton blast, but I did not go into that.

Former BoE Governor Carney joins asset manager Brookfield

Don’t be fooled by the low Nielsen ratings for the RNC’s first night

The mainstream media and others on the left are happy to report that the television ratings reveal that the RNC’s audience on the first night of its convention was 29% lower than for the first night in 2016.However, this fails to account for something significant, which was that C-SPAN’s audience was almost 600% greater than the DNC’s C-SPAN numbers for the first night of its convention. Put another way, huge numbers of Americans wanted to watch the Republican convention. They just didn’t want to watch the media mediate it

Because numbers are involved here, let me make sure everybody is operating from the same set of facts:

In 2016, according to Nielsen, on the first night of the Democrat convention, 26 million people watched on television. Nielson’s numbers for the first night of the 2016 Republican convention held that 23 million people watched it on television.

Both of those were traditionally run conventions, with everyone gathered in a single venue, and lots of time out for cheering, during which the media talking heads could insert their commentary.

Who Will Stand Up For Free Speech?

All of this was tied together by ADL operative Dave Sifry, who is leading the Zionist organization's "Center for Technology and Society Initiative" – the body behind the massive crackdown on internet free speech over social media.

Sifry andthe ADL seek to use clear cut unethical activity like "swatting," "doxing" (which Jewish groups themselves constantly engage in), and revenge porn as a shoehorn for broader policing of legitimate political speech.

According to Sifry, the ADL is at the cutting edge of figuring out ways to shut down speech critical of Jews and their political interests online before it can even be read.

This definition, which was adopted by the IHRA in 2016 and has been promoted to governments worldwide, includes several examples of what it describes as “contemporary” antisemitism—including “denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor” and “applying double standards” to Israel—that can be interpreted to define much criticism of Israel, Israeli policies, or Zionism as antisemitism.

This letter represents the latest front in the battle to use the IHRA definition to officially exclude criticism of Israel from the bounds of acceptable discourse. It was spearheaded by pro-Israel attack dog StopAntisemitism.org, which is funded by hardline pro-Israel philanthropists Adam and Gila Milstein. The group is perhaps best known for publicly labeling critics of Israel, including some Jews, as antisemites.

[Editor’s note: Adam Milstein has dual citizenship with Israel and served in the Israeli military. In 2009 he was convicted for tax fraud. He has also funded propaganda against Congress member Ilhan Omar.]

So far, the list of signatories to the Facebook letter is a “who’s who” of right-wing groups dedicated to defending Israel from criticism [see list below], many of which are also funded by or associated with the Milsteins; in The Jerusalem Post, a former Israeli Knesset member who is associated with one of the signatories credited the Milsteins’ foundation with initiating the campaign.

Their effort enjoys the public backing of the Israeli government: Israel’s new Minister of Strategic Affairs, Orit Farkash-Hacohen, told the Post, “I welcome the initiative and call on more bodies and organizations to join the clear demand for change.”

Yet, as attorney Kenneth Stern—an expert on antisemitism who was the lead drafter on the text that became the IHRA definition—has repeatedly expressed, this definition and its examples were never intended to be used as a formalized, enforceable definition of antisemitism, and turning them into one has raised serious free speech concerns.

The American Civil Liberties Union described early efforts to codify the IHRA into law as “part of a disturbing surge of government-led attempts to suppress the speech of people on only one side of the Israel-Palestine debate . . . on college campuses, in state contracts, and even in bills to change the federal law.”

If social media networks like Facebook adopt the Israel-related examples in the IHRA definition and allow these to guide their hate speech policies, it will likely lead to similar efforts to suppress free speech, this time in the online sphere.

So far, Facebook has responded to the letter by changing its policy regarding hate speech in ways it says take the IHRA definition into account, but it has resisted adopting the IHRA definition in its entirety. On August 11th, Facebook announced that it had updated its hate speech policy “to more specifically account for certain kinds of implicit hate speech, such as . . . stereotypes about Jewish people controlling the world.”

In a response sent to to the letter’s signatories, Monika Bickert—Facebook’s vice president of content policy—noted that the company had used the IHRA definition “in informing [its] own approach and definitions,” that its new policy “draws on the spirit—and the text—of the IHRA,” and that under Facebook’s policy, “Jews and Israelis are treated as ‘protected characteristics.’”

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operations officer, also wrote to Adam Milstein personally, assuring him that the IHRA definition has been “invaluable” to Facebook.

Is Gilead, the maker of Remdesivir, waging war on HCQ (hydroxychloroquine)? Attacks on the drug have been continuous ever since Dr. Didier Raoult used this quinine derivative to save the lives of COVID-19 patients last March. The first attempt to discredit HCQ was a hastily compiled Veterans Administration hospital system study last April. Notably, one of the study’s authors had in the past received numerous grants from Gilead, with one grant in 2018 totaling nearly a quarter of a million dollars.

After deep flaws in the VA study were exposed, Surgisphere came to the rescue in May with a “15,000 patient” megastudy allegedly compiled from hospitals all over the world. This strategy succeeded: Following its publication in the Lancet and the NEJM, all outpatient use of HCQ was severely restricted in the U.S., Australia, and most of Europe.

When the Surgisphere scam was exposed, both articles were quietly retracted and the editor-in-chief of the Lancet tried to wash his hands of this embarrassing incident by denouncing Surgisphere’s “monumental fraud.” However only a few days earlier, Lancet editors played a major role in persuading WHO to suspend all trials for HCQ. Who put them up to it?

The study’s main author, Mandeep Mehra, also apologized for his reliance on a third party for the data. He may not have known the data was fabricated, but the hospital he directed was conducting two trials for Remdesivir. Was he under pressure from his sponsors?

These are the stakes: A five-day treatment with Remdesivir costs around $3,000. A five-day supply of generic HCQ costs around $10. Drug companies have every right to recoup their cost of research and development, but lobbying to suppress access to a lifesaving treatment that is both cheaper and more effective is a crime against humanity.

Progressives mistakenly believe that socialized medicine protects patients from the abuses of big pharma, but the first nation to severely restrict access to HCQ was France. This policy compelled Dr. Raoult to testify against Gilead’s disproportionate leverage over the medical community during a meeting of the French National Assembly last June.

Notably in the U.S., a third of the FDA’s budget comes from pharmaceutical user fees, and according to the NIH’s website, eight out of 55 members of the panel responsible for COVID-19 treatment guidelines are currently affiliated with Gilead. These government ties to Gilead more than triple when you include panel members with past associations.

Paradoxically, most opposition to HCQ in the U.S. comes from the left, but conservatives who know the ways of crony capitalism regard this as par for the course. After all, big pharma has given more to Democrats ever since the passage of Obamacare and up to now, Gilead employees donated three times more to the Biden campaign.

Unmasked Protesters Push Past Police Into Idaho Lawmakers' Session

In Boise, the first day of Idaho's special legislative session erupted into chaos before it began. Dozens of unmasked protesters, some of them armed, shoved their way past state troopers to pack the gallery overlooking the state's House of Representatives.

The clash was a manifestation of the anger and frustration from a vocal minority of far-right Idahoans that has been compounding over the last several months as the state has navigated its reopening amid the pandemic.

To enforce social distancing, the gallery area above the House chamber was restricted with limited seating. But after the confrontation with state troopers, which resulted in the shattering of a glass door, Republican House Speaker Scott Bedke relented and allowed protesters to fill every seat.

The response stands in stark contrast to 2014 when dozens of advocates pressuring lawmakers to pass LGBTQ protections were arrested for standing silently in a hallway, blocking access to the Idaho Senate chamber.

On Monday, an Idaho State Police spokeswoman, Lynn Hightower, said she wasn't aware of any pending charges against protesters. The following day she released a statement saying that "Idaho State Police personnel determined they could not have made arrests on the spot without elevating the potential for violence," and that an investigation was ongoing into any criminal behavior "that may have occurred."

Right now, Idaho has one of the highest rates of COVID-19 cases per capita, especially in Ada County, which includes the capital, Boise, according to the White House.

"I want to always try to avoid violence," Bedke later told The Associated Press. "My initial reaction, of course, was to clear the fourth floor. But we had room for at least some more."

He said he was more disappointed than surprised at the violence.

"I think we're better than that. I think that Idahoans expect more out of their citizens."

Protesters later made their way into committee rooms, defaced paper signs meant to leave one empty seat between those in the audience and laughed at one Democratic state lawmaker who refused to participate in the hearing because of the lack of social distancing.

The group of protesters included supporters of a far-right militia and anti-vaccine advocates who were at the Idaho Capitol to demand an end to the current state of emergency and blast a proposal that would limit civil liability for businesses, schools and governments.

The bill would also open up those entities to litigation if they don't follow laws and ordinances, including mask mandates issued by public health districts.

"The insanity of this bill is beyond me," said Boise resident Pam Hemphill, during a committee hearing Monday afternoon. "We don't stop our lives, suspend our civil rights and panic each year for the flu."

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say more than 176,000 Americans have died due the coronavirus in the first eight months of 2020, compared with an estimated 24,000 to 62,000 people who died last flu season.

Idaho Gov. Brad Little, a Republican, called the legislature into special session last week to take up civil liability issues as well as election concerns from county clerks. They want to be able to count the massive influx of absentee ballots earlier than they can now under state law and have the option to consolidate polling locations to deal with an extreme shortage of poll workers.

The special session is also the result of months of intense pressure and blowback from Little's own party.

One state lawmaker referred to the governor as "Little Hitler" after he ordered the shutdown of nonessential businesses in late March. His lieutenant governor, Janice McGeachin, who is elected separately and has ties to militia groups, has openly challenged Little's reopening push by visiting businesses that flouted those timelines and welcomed customers back earlier than allowed.

And legislators pressured Little to relinquish control over the state's coronavirus response to regional public health districts, even threatening to come after his executive authority in the future if he didn't comply.

Still, most Idahoans appear to stand by Little. An effort to recall the governor over the summer failed, and three-quarters of registered Idaho voters polled in May supported his handling of the pandemic.

State senators overwhelmingly passed two bills related to elections laws Monday, which still need approval from the House. Lawmakers will continue to debate civil liability issues this week.

Imagine a White candidate saying that he wanted to make Whites a protected class — the Jews would make sure his political career would be over.

Of course, Jews are already a ‘protected class’, but apparently Loomer wants to make it official — spelled out in Federal law to take advantage of the fact that Jews are now recognized as a racial — not just religious — minority.

And by ‘protected class’ she ultimately means that no one will be allowed to criticize Jews or Israel without the risk of being prosecuted for ‘inciting violence’ against Jews.

Years ago, at the Secret Space Program conference of 2015 in Bastrop Texas, I offered the idea that the sudden rise of DNA testing corporations that will, through genetics, "show your ancestral history" might be a covert way of searching for people that look fully homo sapiens sapiens, but aren't. In this regard, my mention of the old The Invaders TV series was not accidental, but to a purpose. The series, for those who do not know, starred actor Roy Thinnes, who accidentally discovers the "aliens among us", who looks, walk, talk, and in all but very minor respects resemble humans, as they slowly take over the world through a process of infiltration. Thinnes' character - "architect David Vincent", an apt name for a small human trying to triumph over the covert "alien Goliath" - then spends the series trying to collect evidence and names of other witnesses to persuade the government to take action. Scott Morrison will unveil new powers to block secret deals between foreign powers including China with state governments and universities amid rising concern over espionage.

Just hours after one of China’s top diplomats insisted secretive deals with academics in Australia’s universities were simply designed to “spread sunshine”, the Prime Minister will argue urgent reforms are required.

The new test will ask whether or not the proposed arrangements adversely affect Australia’s foreign relations and whether it is inconsistent with Australian foreign policy.

If the arrangement fails the test the foreign minister will have powers to stop the state entity from negotiating, entering, remaining in or giving effect to any new arrangements.

“Australia’s foreign policies and relationships must always be set to serve Australia’s interests,” Mr Morrison said.

“One of the most important jobs of the Federal Government is to protect and promote Australia’s national interest.”

The reforms also follow concerns over Victoria’s Belt and Road initiative to build infrastructure in the state.
