Agreed. You only take action when the situation is too dire and your life/property is threatened OR if you can respond in an organized manner with overwhelming numbers. A handful of armed people trying to scare off a mob of idiots is the exact formula which will produce what their handlers want. What I saw transpire before the shooting in Kenosha showed me nothing but a disorganized mess. You could see one guy trying to pull back his mates who thought it proper to start jawing with the crowd. They weren't ready, didn't have numbers, and obviously weren't prepared to use their weapons b/c they let the mob walk right up to them. Where we've seen people successfully defend property, they usually fire some shots into the air the minute the buffoons get close.
