Looks like somebody fixed that.
NEW ELEPHANT:
Stars are right side up.
Elephant is ON THE MOVE (feet moving).
Elephant trunk upraised.
Tusks visible and possibly the mouth is open.
It's a totally different elephant.
OLD ELEPHANT:
The old elephant not only has the upside down stars, it also is in a static pose and has sort of a ribbon around it, that resembled a restraint.
The new elephant is totally different.
