So, let me get this straight …
Multiple felons chase a 17 year old kid down the middle of the street in Kenosha, WI with the intention of either killing him or committing great bodily injury on him. Through some set of cascading miracles, he survives. Since the cops express no interest in him despite his attempt to surrender to them, he goes home for the night to get a shower, some sleep and a change of clothing.
So they arrest him.
