NINE years old
Younger than Little Stevie Wonder and daughter and niece of the Lewis sisters (who were awful singers for Motown…but man they wrote some great stuff…and had the best funk brothers backing tracks), Lisa finally had a few Motown releases on the "Cellarful of Motown" series.
Despite the astonishing vocals by 9 year old Lise (Lisa) Miller, a great beat and a song co-written and produced by the great Berry Gordy himself this failed to bring success to the youngster and none of her other Motown recordings were ever released before she moved on and signed for Canterbury records.
